Following my previous review in which I rated Hidden Hearing very highly for excellent service, I have now received the Total Refund promised, which is part of their 60 day commitment to customers should the hearing aids prove to be unsuitable.

Excellent service

I had my ears cleaned out by suction, the procedure was explained and Jo took her time, she was very caring, whilst remaining professional.
It was not painful at all, just noisy.
If you have blocked ears, this is well worth the money, considering a waiting time at the GP of approximately 12 weeks.

Michael in the Newcastle upon Tyne office has been so helpful and kind. His advice right from the beginning has never felt like a pressurised sale - just a genuine desire to help

Everyone was lovely and very pleasant. But the most important thing was their professionalism. Especially the Lady who checked my ears, tried to remove wax, and found it was not wax, she eplained everything to me told me to contact the doctor, and she would send a referral letter.

I had trouble parking but they waited for me. They explained in simple language and great detail what they were doing and the outcome. Would highly recommend.

After 2 yearly attempts to help me get the best out of my hearing the consultant explained everything simply and tried a different style of amplifiers which work wonderfully. I can't thank him enough for his time and effort to help me find a solution to my very narrow ear canals. I would recommend him to anyone so a huge thankyou from me.
