Efficient and clearly explained hearing check. No effort to hurry the visit. Recommendation to consider buying the latest Oticon design but without any pressure and clear description of the potential benefit. I accepted this offer and am now satisfactorily using the new model.

The audiologist is very good at his job very thourgh in what he does alwaysasking if we are hearing ok and reassuring us if we have any issues not to hesitate to get in touch.

I attended Hidden Hearing (St Vincent Street, Glasgow) on Monday 14 October for my annual hearing test and the process was straightforward and professional, with Sheila the receptionist, and Gordon the audiologist, as friendly and welcoming as ever. I have become something of a regular there in that I sometimes have to make extra visits to have the tubing cleared of wax (I've always had an unusual level of earwax) but I'm never made to feel like the nuisance I consider myself to be! Gordon always reassures me that it takes only minutes to resolve so I cannot praise him highly enough. And the same goes for the reception staff - always friendly and welcoming.

Back-up support was first class. Later visit by Ryan much appreciated. Look forward to follow up on what improvements are possible.

A very comprehensive and detailed hearing test. Involving my wife to recognise a familiar voice. Detailed explanation of facilities and benefits of the hearing aids carried out in east to understand manner by Gordon Bruce.

Alice was excellent, she was so good with my mum, patient and informative, great customer service 👏 👍 😀

What felt like comprehensive testing identified significant hearing loss and was plainly heading towards a proposed sale of hearing aids. The final test, however, was interpreted by the audiologist as meaning aids were not yet appropriate and an appointment was made for 1 year hence. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism of that outcome.

The treatment was both efficient and gentle. Kirstie, who saw me, is a very experienced and skilled audiologist and explained everything in detail beforehand. Anybody would be in good, experienced and safe hands with her. Hidden Hearing Glasgow St.Vincent Street is a definitely a good address if you want to have ear wax removed or your hearing tested.

I was visiting in Scotland from the states and lost my hearing aid charger. I walked into the hidden hearing store and immediately was treated so kindly. When I mentioned my dilemma, Mr. BRUCE he attempted to find me a compatible hearing Aid charger that would be compatible with my hearing aids. After several minutes, he was able to do so, and I was on my way to having a fabulous vacation because of his kindness.

No hard sell with the hearing test and you are free to walk away after your test. I did accept the test and purchased hearing aids.

Jane (the audiologist) explained everything very clearly to me, and in a way l could understand. I’ve had my hearing tested before in other places and their diagnosis was confusing and made me feel uncomfortable.
Jane answered all my questions and explained the various options to me.
She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable.
