Customer service is pretty good but not product

Customer service is pretty good. Shipping was slow. We have now had 3 sets of the atom pro 2. All have had problems with batteries not taking a charge after about 1 year. Bought 2 sets of 99.00 oricles and they out perform the atom 2 according to my wife who wears them. She is hearing things that she had heard for some time with the atom pro.

Kendel is a great asset to the company

Kendel is a great asset to the company. She is extremely patient and polite. She always called back on time that she promised. When I had a problem inserting or adjusting she sent videos to watch and followed with email- even face time. I could not get used to Atom One that I received as a gift which was too big for my ears she suggested to purchase ION 2 OTC. I purchased but again I had a hard time adjusting,because the sound was not clear and I could not do it myself. So I decided to return and go to the place close to where I live and have a doctor to make all the adjustments .
