Be aware! Audew has changed their name to Andeman, most likely due to name repulsion. I purchased an electric humidor from Audew. It was defective. They offered no support or replacement parts even at my cost. Once they have your money and you have their junk, the transaction is over. Full stop.

My model Epower-155 jump box worked the first couple of times I used it. Next time I took it out, it simply would not function. Neither of the LEDs will light. According to their users manual this condition (might) indicate a 'faulty' battery. Well, I could jump start that battery (car), by other means. Since then, I have connected this jump box to SEVERAL other batteries. I NEVER get any LEDs to illuminate, whether the batteries were charged, discharged, somewhat discharged, whatever. Getting hold of Audew customer service is a lesson in fultility. I just want to tell people: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Spend your hard earned cash on a NOCO product or one of it's competitors...(I only mention NOCO because my neighbor has one and loves it and I read positive reviews about their customer service.) DO NOT support garbage companies like Audew...drive them out of business...for EVERYBODY'S sake!!

didnt receive my refund and item
after a week of purchase i contacted them asking about my item
they said its out of stock so i asked to ship a different color but they said that they have logistics limitations for my order and canceled it but still i didnt get my refund

I've had three, two had discharging issues. Lost one of them and the other doesn't hold a charge over 48 hrs. Audew upgraded me to the bigger jump box after alot of complaining. That one work for a bit but now won't charge at all. Contacted Audew about the issue and was told I was just over my warranty. Told that I get that but with the issues I've had with their product they should at least help me out. Basically got told to pound sand. Funny thing is, my wife bought a cheap jump box off Amazon and two years later, it's running strong and have only topped off the charge once. I'd steer clear of Audew based on product life and customer support.

Audew products suck! Zero customer support to honor their 12 month warranty claim on their site.

Save your self the headache and money as you won’t be able to reach them… trust me I’ve tried!

They’re a scam, don’t buy. Bought a car charger from that worked only once and never again. Tried contacting through email multiple times to no response. It’s been 3 months of me waiting for a response. There are no instruction or even a mention of return on their website. Don’t buy anything from them ever and save your money

Horrible customer service, pretending not to find my order , and delaying the time for 12 months warranty to pass … worst thing jump starter was not even working for a week!

After hearing NOTHING from Audew about my defective product I finally returned it EVEN THOUGH there are NO instructions on their own website or with the product as to WHERE to send it to. I sent it to the return address on the package I received it from WEEKS AGO and still no reply nor any refund. This company is completely unprofessional and now it looks like a scam. "Get back to you shortly" or whatever" and not even 1 email reply. This company is a scam. Do not purchase anything from this company. At least at Amazon or Costco you can return things with a prompt refund.

Didn’t last long. Customer service is a joke. Buy a different brand. They just want you to keep buying new ones.

Audew Battery Jumper
I received as a gift for Christmas. I finally got to use it today, July 19, 2022. Unfortunately it did not work. It beeps when I plug the jumper cables to the main battery pack. It does not jump a car battery because of this.

I tried Customer service to find out why it beeps. I need an order number, which I do not have because it was a gift.
Customer service does not have a phone number, so I am unable to talk about my problem.
Customer service is the base bone of a company. This company has a lousy CS.

I would never recommend this product to anyone because of their CS.

meanwhile I had to pay 200$ for a truck to come and jump my car battery.

Bought an (relatively) expensive twin barrel foot pump. Appeared a good quality product but after only 2 years it started to leak and let tyres down. Audew did everything they could to not help, had me fetching all kinds of not relevant information (e.g amazon order numbers??) . I just wanted to replace a part, but it was too difficult and they were very awkward and evasive. I sourced my own from another company. Poor customer service and afer sales support.

Bought a Audew portable tyre inflator from Amazon, which was used not more than 2-3 times and started giving error and never worked. Contacted company and the initial response was good but in the end I was offered replacement but never received it and now they are not even replying to my emails. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCT.
