Louis has the perfect personality and demeanour to get the job done at auction.
We found him randomly online because I didn’t think I could be at the auction.
I got him on the phone a couple minutes before the auction started and heard him deal quite easily with an annoying auctioneer.
We got the house!
Thanks Louis! I would be happy to recommend him.
Plus: his fee happened to be the lowest we were quoted.
We couldn't have asked for a better auction advocate. From the moment he took the floor, it was clear he meant business, bold, confident, and completely in control. He led the auction loud and clear, and his presence alone seemed to unsettle the other bidders. It was a tough auction with four active bidders all fighting for the same house, but he stayed sharp and strategic the whole way through, mixing up his pricing tactics to keep everyone else off balance. On top of all that, he was genuinely funny, which took the edge off what was an incredibly stressful day for us.
Buying this house wouldn't have been possible without him. Thanks to him, we won the house we wanted. If you're looking for someone who will fight for you and actually enjoy the fight, we can't recommend him highly enough.
On the auction day my knees turned to jelly. So much emotion! So much at risk! Luckily for us Louis was with us to bid on our behalf at the auction. His experience and skills beat off several determined competitors who also wanted to make this property theirs. There is no way I could have thought of the tactics he employed under those high pressure conditions. That’s me putting up the SOLD sticker on our new purchase and I highly recommend that you do the same.
very friendly , very helpful, and highly professional would highly recommend .
Had a fantastic experience when looking to purchase our first family home.
To us, it was a very scary experience but Louis made the process quite relaxing and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for guidance and help with purchasing a property.
I had the pleasure of working with Louis from Auction Bidding Service, and I can’t recommend his service highly enough. From the first consultation to the final hammer at auction, Louis was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive.
Navigating the property market can be stressful, but Louis made the entire process feel seamless and even exciting. His insights into bidding strategies and market value were spot-on. Louis was calm, had a confident presence at the auction which gave me peace of mind.
I secured my dream property at a great price. Highly recommend.
“ I often have clients that are not comfortable with bidding at auctions. I am very confident in referring them to Louis to act on their behalf . It is most important for me that their chances for success are increased as I put a lot of work into the loan approval stage. Until they purchase a home, my time and effort is not monitized. I could also lose them to another broker. Most of my clients come back to me with glowing reports and many thanks. I think you will have the same experience.”
