Great customer service. Ordered a particular colour shoe and unfortunately not available but after a very quick email a replacement slightly different colour was offered and accepted. Received two sleeves of balls as a gesture of goodwill/apology. Not many companies go that extra mile. Delivery very swift. Will definitely being using them again.

Auchterlonies has won my trust and loyalty!
I ordered a sweater online (I'm in the US at the moment) from Auchterlonies, and I was contacted within hours about the order --- there was only one sweater left and it had a small snag. The representative sent a photo so that I could see the snag, and offered a discount. I accepted the offer because I love the sweater and have looked high and low for it. They sent it promptly and I could not be happier.
The fact that they communicated so clearly about the sweater's condition, were graceful enough to determine a new, reasonable value for it, and sent it promptly has given Auchterlonies a lot of esteem and value, from my point of view!
