Amazing professional service !

Amazing service !
As an American,living in Scotland for twenty-five years, I have not seen nor experienced the customer service extended to me by Auchterlonies of St Andrews anywhere else.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a piece online after missing the opportunity while over there. They reached out to let me know that the piece I ordered had Sun-damage from being in the window but that they would order me a new one which they did! Turnaround time was great, will order again in the future prior to my return!!! Wonderful customer service

Excellent Retailer

Customer service and communication excellent. Second pair of golf shoes bought from them now and offered the most competitive price and no fuss exchange when changing for different size.

Perfect gift arrived on time

I ordered a St Andrews golf shirt while visiting Scotland. We were unable to go to St.Andrews and my son was so hoping we would bring him home a shirt . the shirt arrived 5 days after we returned home to the USA. My son was just thrilled to receive an official St Andrews Golf shirt
