Five star for the sales representative @ RAHUL from Gurugram office of Lenskart … he is the best support person I ever met (virtually😎)

I ordered 2 transition single vision spectacles fro my son. The initial order was received without transition and I connected with support team.

I was fortunate to get connected to Rahul in Gurugram team. He resolved my query and went up and beyond to make sure that I get the right spectacle frames and even ordered the ones that I needed as they were out of stock.

Then he made sure that the specification and optometrist report are accurate. He also coordinated and kept me informed of the status of my exchange order and responded to all my queries immediately even when there was a time gap issue between india and Australia.

Finally thanks to Rahul, I received the order last week.

Also it’s a good pricing.
I will be ordering soon for other family members as well.

My brother and I ordered glasses with the Buy 1 get 1 free offer.
He entered his prescription for his desired frame.
I entered my prescription for the particular frame I wanted and selected 'progressive' lens.

I took nearly a month to arrive(not really an issue)

When I opened up the boxes, my brother was happy as his glasses were perfect for him. I tried my glasses on and nearly got a bad headache. I went to a optometrist nearby and asked them to check the prescription of the progressive lens glasses. The prescription was totally off. In fact, they accidentally made the lens the same prescription as my brother's instead of the one I entered.
We emailed Lenskart stating this issue, and they told us - "The prescription you sent was for 'progressive lens' while you have purchased single vision lenses"
Which was absolute BS. I sent them a picture of my order which clearly showed that I ordered a progressive lens. Ever since then, I haven't heard back from them. It's been 40+ days since I emailed them that and they haven't even responded. I sent them another email 2 weeks ago, still no response.

Mind you, the Lenskart in India was amazing in terms of service. Everything I ordered was perfect and communication was spot on too. But the Australian Lenskart really has a lot to work on.
