The money box was disappointing

Disappointed
It was quite disappointing to buy these swizzle sticks for a surprise gift, only to have them printed on what seems, a second grade plastic. They appear to have some kind of print on them, almost like they'd been reused or seconds. I couldn't attach a photo.
