i ordered a cargo box for my polaris sportsman 1000 in May 2025 and it still has not arrived.

when i asked about the order in December 2025 i received a pre written message:

"We remain 100 % responsible, and if (in the very unlikely event) it doesn’t arrive in the next couple of weeks, we will immediately replace the order or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. No questions asked."

Waited several weeks after, when i asked for a full refund in March 2026 i was denied a refund. I am out a thousand dollars.

This was my experience.

I ordered a fuel can for my can am maverick x3 in June 2025.

It was sent to Brazil and returned because the national mailing company said there were missing details on the shipping info and I couldn’t figure out how to reach them to fix the information, so the product was returned back to Russia.

I then repaid the shipping fee to get the item sent back to Brazil in September of 2025. It is now March of 2026 and I’ve been trying to cancel the order and get a refund but Andrei and the team at ATV Box haven’t replied to any of my emails over the last 3 months.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

website can not be logged in, and customer service is actually paralyzed, no one is responding there, have been waiting for one month, still can not get teh shipping info of my order

I decided to purchase a Tesseract cargo box for my Can-AM Outlander, as I really liked the design and style. The order was placed on 1/4/2025. I received the cargo box on 1/30/2025. The cargo box arrived in pristine condition and was wrapped in bubble pack. I reached out to ATVBox several times via email, with questions and found Andrei to be extremely responsive. So far I am very happy with the purchase, the locking mechanism seems to be robust and I like the looks of the box. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Can't wait to try this on the trails.

I’ve placed two orders with Tesseract for my 2023 Outlander and 2021 X3. These are, without a doubt, the best-made off-road boxes out there! They are absolutely worth the 3-week international shipping time.
