Saw the add on the internet

Saw the add on the internet. Decided to try it so did not have to pay annual cost of Microsoft 365. Installed was easy (wit technicians help) and everything works fine. Would recommend the company for this and other products they offer

Charles has been helping me get the…

Charles has been helping me get the software running on my MacBook Air but I have had to call back twice because the program will not run locally on my computer. They say it is supposed to and then they reinstall it and he shows me I can access from my desk top but it doesn’t. This has been very frustrating. Each time on the phone Charles is patient but it takes at least a half hour. I just want it to work or to receive my money back and I don’t want to waste any more time with him trying to figure it out.

Charles was an amazing tech…

Charles was an amazing tech support...above and beyond!!! He was very patient, vey kind, very helpful, and very knowledgeable!!! Thank you Charles for getting me back to normal!!! God bless you in Jesus' name ! Amen!!!
