I've recently onboarded with Atomix and so far the experience has been great. The onboarding process was very slick and the reference material was very helpful in getting the tasks I needed to do done. The support and responsiveness from everyone I've dealt with so far have met expectations too. The only reason they haven't gotten a full 5 stars is that the goods in process is a little bit more convoluted than I would like, but it isn't the end of the world

Horrible company

Horrible company. I figured it out. If clients are wondering why shipments are lost or going out late it’s because they print labels when the item is due to ship. However they do not pick or pack until they feel your Item is a priority ( top tier client) . ( usually if you complain to cx it will go out faster) If you are not a top tier client, your are not a priority ..your items will go out late way past SLA. Their inventory gets lost or their inventory team is daily messing up another reason why orders go missing, late or unaccounted for. Basically if you’re not making them money why should they make you any? Their fees randomly go up after giving a quote to start & then bam.. little fees when items don’t go out in time. I get invoices when half items have not shipped. I highly do not recommend this company. They also bribe employees to post great reviews so they look better. Sketchy company.

I also want to address the broader claims, because they don't reflect how our team operates. Our Pod Managers & team members follow standardized pick, pack, and ship workflows that apply to every client, regardless of size, and our SLAs are tracked and reported consistently within the Atomix WMS for every client. Pricing is set in signed agreements, and any accessorial fees are defined upfront, not added arbitrarily. We pride ourselves on not burying costs or fees.

We would genuinely like the chance to either resolve a real issue or understand where this disconnect is coming from. The email above is the fastest path!

The Atomix team is FANTASTIC

The Atomix team has been a fantastic partner for us from the start. We first connected with Jack when we were only shipping a few orders a month and from the start he was supportive in finding the best solution for us. Not only solutions for the present, but he also made sure to guide up through what we would be seeing as we scaled our business. Their team has always been very helpful in answering the questions that we had since it was our first 3PL partnership and made the onboarding process very seamless. Given we are a startup, what we looked most for in a partner was the people behind it. Would highly recommend any brand to work with the Atomix team.

Very positive experience w/ Atomix as 3PL

Onboarded with Atomix about a year ago. I'm a small brand, so customer service and proactivity were a priority.

The Atomix Team, especially my support contact, Jennifer, have been terrific whenever issues arise. Responsive and very accomodating.

A bit expensive to ship low-weight/bulk via USPS, but I'd still say my experience with Atomix has been much more positive than most my peer brands dealing with the major American 3PL's.

We ran a trial order, resolved a couple of issues quickly, and so far everything has been smooth. Looking forward to scaling with them.

Great Experience

We've been a customer of Atomix for a couple of months now and truly enjoy working with them. Everyone on their team is super helpful, regardless of whether you’re a big or small brand. Whenever small issues or questions have come up in the past, they’ve been handled swiftly and professionally. We’ve also experienced almost no shipping delays with them, all shipments are handled shortly after orders are submitted.

This organization is very unorganized

This organization is very unorganized! They hire and add on the most ridiculous non hard working workers. I worked my behind there so hard they were very none appreciated. They want slow workers and people who just takes their time. They wanna lose someone who is actually hard working to lames. Someone like me who was dedicated to coming there everyday and WORKED was very unappreciative. They don’t treat your packages with dignity. Throw it in the back of the trucks. Very unorganized warehouse and management. Dirty and dusty. Bathrooms are ridiculously disgusting! Loved the opportunity but very riddled. They had given me a bad review when the person that made me uncomfortable there didn’t. Don’t ever partner up with them. All my credits been given to someone that didn’t work 10x as hard as I did. They have no where to put any more clients. All the products that they lose is because of the bad workers that don’t wanna work but keeps them instead. Workers that just steals time. Thanks atomix for leaving me a bad review because I’m leaving one right back. You guys suck! My profession was better than yours! Plus you guys now are just taking workers serious by their performance when it should have been like that. It’s too late for those that was working there hard with a passion.

Better than ShipBob but room for improvement

After having a horrible experience with ShipBob, I switched to Atomix and found that while the price was higher, the level of support available for a smaller business worked great for me. They've been much better at handling returns than ShipBob, which has been a huge plus.

However, their reliance on discount carriers and limited customization options have been causing me a lot of stress. I switched from their "Economy" service to "Ground," which costs $2-$5 more per order, hoping it would go with the standard carriers. However, they insist on using Veho. 100% of the issues I've had with shipments are with Veho, and they have been dragging their feet for two months on preventing use of Veho for my packages.

Additionally, their policy is unclear for lost items. I've had a handful of items which have never had an initial scan for the carrier, but they haven't given me a clear answer on whether I can expect to get reimbursed, given that there's no evidence the package was ever given to the carrier.

For all of these cases I end up needing to ship a replacement to my customer at my own expense—no reimbursement for the lost item, no reimbursement for the shipping label they purchased that was never used, and certainly no reimbursement for the shipping of the replacement. The items I ship are somewhat expensive so this cost adds up.

I've also had lots of issues booking freight through Atomix. They have a form to get a freight shipment to their warehouse, but nobody responds unless you also open a support ticket. I've had times where they booked freight without me confirming the quote, resulting in the truck showing up unexpectedly, with no documentation to provide the driver so they could complete the pickup. Most recently, they booked freight but did not forward my instructions that the truck needed a lift gate. Fortunately the driver who showed up was able to arrange a new driver.

I'm hoping they can show some improvement in the communication around this issue so I can offer a higher quality service to my customers.

EDIT: They managed to switch me off Veho after two months of asking but I still don't have any information on the multiple packages they've lost and I'm still finding out about more lost packages every day. I'm reducing my rating until 2 unless they can resolve this.

We’ve been using Atomix for our warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment, and they’ve completely exceeded expectations. Their team is responsive, professional, and proactive with communication. Inventory is handled with precision, and orders are shipped out quickly and accurately. It’s clear they’ve built their systems with scalability in mind, which has given us the confidence to grow without worrying about logistics headaches. Partnering with Atomix has been one of the best decisions for our business.

Good 3PL Experience

Atomix has been a pleasure to collaborate with and communicates effectively. Their application is user-friendly, and their team demonstrates flexibility and clarity in their correspondence. NOT a transparent 3PL (posting again)

We shipped with Atomix for about two months before we decided to leave, and I hope these few pointers will help you determine your next 3PL partner.

Transparency is one of the most important features when choosing a 3PL. It can make or break your margins. Sadly, Atomix provided incorrect pricing, and not by a small difference. I want to think this was a mistake by their onboarding team, who provided a wrong quotation, but they did not bother to help resolve it either.

When we signed up, the estimated shipping fees for our product (single unit), including pick-and-pack fees, were presented as $7.68 per unit. However, upon receiving our first invoice, we were surprised to see the average charge for a single unit for the same zone was $12.48, with the cheapest charge of $11.71. This represents an almost 40% increase from the 'estimated' pricing that got us to enroll.

They also unilaterally changed the conditions. Initially, they agreed to assemble a certain product we sell for an additional $4 per unit, a deal we were comfortable with. Yet, once they had our stock, they informed us they would not do it for less than $18 per unit, forcing us to discontinue this product.

We left a critical review here, and the CEO quickly contacted us for a call if we took down the review. We agreed. They listened to the issue and promised to look for a solution. The result was an account manager's email response dismissing the problem. We replied with captures and numbers to show she was not right and asked for another call to talk, but it never happened.

After two months of shipping low-profit orders, we asked them to pack and ship our things to our previous provider. Of course, they charge per hour, so more money had to be paid.

They stopped shipping orders for us on August 8th, yet they charged the full month for software and storage fees.

Handling time is on point, with orders being processed daily. No complaints in this regard. The support team replies timely, but there is no ticketing system, so responses quickly get mixed up and are difficult to find.

Conclusion: We cannot recommend Atomix due to their deceptive pricing and dismissive attitude when discussing the problem and following up with them. It was a waste of money and time.

Operationally, they ship orders in a timely manner, but we consider there to be more cost-effective alternatives and, more importantly, transparent options.

We think they breached the contract, but it is not worth it to make it a legal issue. We just sucked the "real" pricing for a couple of months, paid all the moving fees, and left asap.

The absolute best 3PL

The absolute best 3PL. We were kicked out of our 3PL with 4 weeks before our 3 biggest launches with DTC and wholesale. Atomix stepped in like a superhero and helped us get us up and running IMMEDIATELY. Easy fast set up process, a great platform, and THE BEST team to work with. I couldn't speak more highly enough of Atomix.
