The products were of good quality. The call booking service meant I could quickly speak to a person who had good product knowledge, so I knew clearly what would work for my awkward space.
What was disappointing was the delivery. There was no delivery notifications received and some parts were not included as stated. They clearly hadn’t as the packaging was too short. In fairness ATOG sorted this but it took several calls and further information, photos etc that took an hour or so away from my builders and all this time ATOG hadn’t said if they’d send the parts or not or what they were doing other than referring to their warehouse. This meant I felt very frustrated when I needn’t had been.

Fantastic communication from start to finish. Great input into my DIY design. Checked and amended to make it work.

Quality of fixing are great.

The BEST customer service I've ever encountered. As someone who knows nothing about hinges and shower setups, I asked Laura every question under the sun. She helped me in all relevant aspects of completing my bathroom project - choosing the right product, trial and error with different finishes, checking and double checking info from their warehouse, returning what didn't work and managing the whole order. In 6 weeks of emailing back and forth, she never made me feel like a bother. So kind and helpful, the culture in this family run business is so spot on. They have gained a lifelong customer.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I would definitely recommend this company. I’ve been looking for uchannels for my project and ATOG direct ticked all the boxes. Competitive prices and a great number of colours to choose from too. Easy to use website and fast delivery.

I did a couple of comparison quotes for a custom shower and decided to go ahead with atog direct, due to the competitive pricing and excellent service from the designers - very informative, not pushy & seemed like they genuinely wanted to help choose the right design for my area.

I would highly recommended if you are needing a bespoke shower.

It's very rarely I leave any Ratings, however on this occasion I feel its a must.. I purchased a Bespoke Shower screen & side screen for my Daughters New Refurbished Bathroom.. I was extremely impressed from the start of the Process to the end Product.. The Companies Communication skills are fantastic & their knowledge of the Products are second to none.. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Atog

I spoke with a lady on the phone who advised the item was in stock and would be dispatched that same day and I should receive it the next day or the following at the latest. So I went ahead and purchased the item. The item never arrived so I contacted them to see what was happening. I was given a lie by the same lady, who advised that it was lost by the courier. I asked for a tracking number and they could not give me this information. Now I can confirm 4 days after the latest delivery, a tracking number has finally been sent. Let’s see if this arrives.
As I was in urgent need for this item. After the terrible experience with this order, I order elsewhere and have already received it. I would avoid as they are not honest and you will be lucky to get your order.

Customer service was excellent. From the start I was guided throughout the process with clear instructions to the bespoke glass shower door I needed and fittings I would require.

Great experience using Atog direct. I was looking for a unique glass enclosure for a reasonable price. I contacted Atog and they were great from start to finish. They came up with a few designs with plenty of communication. Would highly recommend 👌🏼
