Atlas, ( Angela customer service) explained returns procedure ,very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Angela very promptly phoned me back regarding potential future repair, if I buy a Thomas ( German make) spin dryer.Assuming still under guarantee.
Very impressed, they send a carrier, collect it ,check it, repair if possible, if not send a replacement…
I now feel confident to purchase a Thomas Spin dryer with 2 year guarantee.

first class service

The service provided was exceptional, quick free delivery, unfortunately the item developed a unfortunate fault, Atlas arranged a next day collection, free and when the item was received back they contacted me to update me on the next steps, I opted for my money back and like clockwork all monies were reimbursed
