Visited this hotel on quite a few occasions and always top class accommodation and service. This trip was made even more special by the fantastic room decoration by VISHAL for my husband’s 60th birthday. He had noticed the birthday cards and went to a lot of effort to transform our room with roses candles and balloons. We were so delighted and touched by this gesture. Thank you for this special treat Vishal - it made our holiday!

Hotel is amazing but ridiculously expensive for food and drinks. My daughter got food poisoning from En Fuego Restaurant and despite numerous complaints I’ve had no actual response, just request to resend information. Customer Services complaints are none existent.

This is meant to be a family resort. It is now 1am and my children can’t sleep because of the beach party going on 100 metres from our hotel window. The noise is equivalent to a jet engine at full throttle. Our bedroom window is literslllg pulsating to the music. All this for £650 per night! Outrageous! Stay away!

We had a family holiday from 20th Jan 23 to the 27th Jan.. My daughter turned 10 on the 27th Jan.. a whole week of birthday celebration.. every restaurant went out their way to make it special for my daughter, there is so much to do in and outdoor activities, this hotel will not disappoint you.. this was our 3rd time in Dubai at the same hotel.

I would like to give a special mention to Nazir in housekeeping who was looking after the 15th floor! ..our room number was 15406..He could not have been more helpful.. so friendly...there was different animal's made from towels everyday ..my daughter absolutely loved it..Nazir is a credit to the Hotel.. his housekeeping is outstanding.. staff like him needs to be recognised.

We stayed 14th till 24th November we had a fabulous room on 13th floor East Wing with lovely views of hotel grounds and Arabian gulf....we had lovely room attendants one was Karl. ..they did a great job also we used the executive club lounge every day were the staff are so welcome ming and happy to help and go out of their way. ...above and beyond to give you a wonderful Atlantis holiday experience
The staff come from all over the world and enrich this beautiful desert oasis with their wonderful personalities and cultures

The food is amazing and such a vast variety the beds are lovely and comfortable and the hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and you will be amazed at the aquarium that runs through the hotel and the water park is absolutely 💯 👌

We had a family holiday at the Atlantis in Dubai in August 2022. It is an amazing hotel, amazing staff and wonderful restaurants and activities. There is something for everyone to do! You will not be disappointed.

I would like to give a special mention to Iqbal in housekeeping who was looking after the 19th floor! He could not have been more helpful. He is a credit to the hotel.

Absolutely exquisite and amazing hotel and holiday stay. The staff are so attentive and hospitable, nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond, which makes your holiday stay special. We booked the Imperial lounge suite and it was the best choice we made. Great facilities for food, room and added extras. Massive thank you to Lourdes (Imperial concierge), Ronald (the chef), Ricardo (Mexican waiter), Milan and Teneng. It has been the most memorable and enjoyable holiday ever. Very accommodating for people with food allergies. The best thing is we still here for few more days stay. Wish we were here for longer. Can’t wait to book our next holiday at Atlantis, Dubai.

We checked in on 20 May 2022 at Atlantis the Palm, Dubai. This was our second stay at Atlantis. We celebrated my son's 10th birthday in 2018 and this time his 14th birthday. Atlantis The Palm is the best hotel we have stayed at. What you see is what you get. Excellent property, excellent service, excellent staff, excellent experiences/activities, excellent dining (NOBU, Hakkasan, Ayamma - these MUST DINE IN) ….exquisite/flawless x100.

Our stays at Atlantis were so beautiful and memorable that we will always remember it. This is the place we will return to again and again. Special thanks to Azeem Chaudhry, he never missed saying hello and asking how our stay at Atlantis is. Always pleasant to talk to. Going the extra mile is their secret ingredient that lifts the stay to another level.

The answer: Without a doubt Atlantis Dubai!

The resort is good and fine dining is great. The waterpark is underwhelming and they charge you 15quid for a locker room and force you to use it everytime you enter....

Luxury hotel, impressive buffet and gorgeous architecture. The water park was conveniently near to it and you had the option of going in a buggy so it was great service!

Very expensive hotel but we knew that and we decided to take two suites.
The service is terrible!
We scheduled for dinner, the host that supposed to welcome you tell you they close in 15 minutes, please choose another restaurant... This was on the first dinner and we thought it's something that will not repeat, specially when you update the reception manager Sayeed.
The next day, same issue! 3.12.2021 we Reach "The shore" restaurant after the concierge set for us dinner, the waitress ask you to move to "The edge" they don't want to serve you! You feel like poor family asking for help in hotel that costs 30,000 dhr for 8 people!
Don't visit here! There are so many amazing places in Dubai, maximum just come for the Waterpark for one day.
BTW another disappointment there, hotel guests has no advantage in the water park! Not even 30 minutes private before it open to public, no fast passes although he had a suite! We had to pay 300 dhr per kid on top of the 30k hotel stay...
Again, skip the Atlantis and thank me later...

Just returned from my trip and had the best time. Only slight negative was that it was very busy and not possible always to get a lounger at the main pool if you left it too late. All food was exceptional especially bread street kitchen and NOBU. Buffet breakfast the best I’ve ever had. I will return for sure.

Outstanding hotel. Imperial Club visits were amazing thanks to staff members Don and Brenda. They looked after us so we’ll, especially our kids who are fussy eaters. Best staff ever who always kept our glasses topped up at the free bar (5-7pm each night)

je suis déçu de non respect de votre offre American Express. J'ai payé avec celle-ci en Amex Platinium et malgré mes nombreux échanges on me dit que je ne bénéficierai pas des avantages prévus...

This place and the staff have been amazing. We came for 2 weeks, decided to stay for 8 weeks and as a young family of four the staff were brilliant, cleaning staff excellent and facilities brilliant. Gym is fantastic, pools are great and plenty of restaurants. Food quality at Gordon Ramsey’s and the Italian is poor. We eat in each of them about 8 times and some days it was good and others it was terrible. That’s our only complaint.

The hotel is brilliant and normally we stay at The One and Only so our taste is for good quality. This placed lived up to it as a family hotel.
