Colin delivered crisis training to the ITG UK office in December 2023. As usual he presented a challenging subject sensitively and engaged the team positively.

Colin is a very approachable and engaging trainer who is able to share his wealth of H & S auditing experience in the travel trade to great effect. He takes a very sensible and pragmatic approach to what can otherwise be a rather daunting subject. I also appreciated the invaluable handouts and resources. The only reason I have given the course 4 stars rather than 5 is that it had to cater for quite a wide breadth of differing knowledge levels and areas of interest amongst the participants.
