Terrible communication! When they do communicate they straight up lie to you! I’m into my 3rd month of waiting for my order. Was told it would take a month, then after allowing 6 weeks I check and find out not even started and just lied to after that. I’m going to file a claim with my credit card company at this point. Stay away. If you need larger calf boots try JJ footwear. Nice selection and you’ll have them in a week for the same price.

I ordered a pair of custom boots from this seller and after sending them photos and discussing the boots, they made something totally wrong that resemble a clown's boot from the wrong leather. I asked them if I could send them back and have them made properly. I happily offered to pay for the shipping and their time and trouble, they refused. Top guys, top job, top effort.

I bought a money belt from this company, while i was waiting for it to arrive from the US, i took very ill, and landed in bed. After several weeks the belt arrived, my wife took it up and showed me it, i loved it, but i could not get up to try it on. Later after a couple of weeks, i was able to get up. I tried the belt on, and found it did not fit my waist, as it was the wrong size they sent me. The belt was very expensive, so i contacted Atitlanleather.com and explained what had happened, but they refused to exchange it, and to help me. I explained that i had ordered a 34-36 inch, and had messaged them to check that, the correct size would be sent, before i bought it and was assured it would be, and they still sent the wrong size, I am very disappointed. I bought it through the Etsy shopping site, and have shopped with them for years, and never had a problem, it has always been a first class place to shop. I did contact them, but as it was passed the allotted time, there was nothing they could do. I am now £64.27, out of pocket, with a belt i can not use. Do not buy from Atitlanleather.com they do not have the customers care in mind, just the money. Stay clear.
