I reached out to CS because I needed assistance purchasing another razor in the new pink. I'm not tech savvy so Sydni offered to do it on her end for me.
This was my first time contacting CS for this issue. It was taken care of that very day. I highly recommend Athena. I love the razors... I have a hard time finding one that is consistent and can get a close shave every time without irratation. I love many other products they sell as well. Thank you Athena!

There was a mistake made on my order
There was a mistake made on my order. At first, they didn't offer me what I asked for but after I asked again, they made it happen. The only feedback I have for them is that they need to make it easier to navigate the subscription portal and the return process. Other than that, I love their razor!
