Quick efficient service. Will use again

Absolute joke of a company! Do NOT bother buying from them. We ordered 2 items, a wall hung vanity unit and a basin to go with it. Both items where on a 3-5 day delivery schedule. Both items, after many phone calls and chasing arrived 13 days after being ordered. We were told numerous lies about where our item was including that they had attempted to deliver it but no one was home, (we had 8 workmen at our house that day so there was definitely someone there) that the courier wouldn't deliver it because it was over 32kg, (how was it able to leave the warehouse if it was too heavy, also not really my issue as I'd paid for delivery and therefore should be able to expect it would be delivered by 2 people if needed). We were also told that they couldn't chase it with the courier as their phone lines were down but when we called the courier to chase it we were told that it hadn't been sent as the company hadn't paid the postage. As you can see one thing after another! The final straw was then it finally arrived the vanity unit was badly damaged. It had chips al along it that had been tapped up. It was obviously an old damaged unit that they had decided to send out anyway. We then cancelled the basin as it was no point getting that when we weren't keeping the vanity only for it to turn up at our house 3 days later!! Bad service and bad product. It's really not worth it. The company that they work with are Showerstoyou so don't order through them either.

Item no longer required, when contacted said there was a 5 day company return policy which I believe to be against my consumer rights, but was advised it's the company policy.
Was advised by very unhelpful person to "try and sell it on eBay"
Will not be recommending your business to any one!!

Easy and smooth transaction

1)Order placed 7th of March, total over £1000, checked over the phone that all items in the stock and will be delivered within 3-7 working days. Email reciaved whith an order number and status pending, no item names/prices, mentioned.
2)8th of March , email with purchased item names/prices requested over the phone and by email.
3)9th of March item 1arrived, 2-6 not, another phone call/email, no explanation why delivery was divided without any notice.
4)14th/15th of March, another phone calls/emails with request of item names/prices, it was confirmed over the phone that items will be delivered 16th or by 17th of March, the email was reciaved the same as 7th of March without names/prices.
5)17th of March, another phone calls and emails, finaly invoice received( indicated on invoice Shipping Multiple Order Est. 3 -7 Days) but delivery could be despatched only 20th of March and delivered 21 or 22.
6) My parthner called few minutes later and checked, if it is possible to order the same products and if they are available in the stock, answer was YES, and estimated delivery 3-7 working days. The question, why the same products ordered 7th of March still not delivered created huge confuse for phone operator...
To conclude:
1. Comunication over email is dreadfull, invoice reciaved by email 10 days after purchase transaction.
2. Comunication over the phone (points mentioned above 1,4,6) could not be trusted, and information provided in my oppinion false.
3. Delivery not 3-7 working days, but hopefully 2 weeks. (still waiting)

Would you like to repeat my expirience?

The bathroom cabinet we ordered was delivered very quickly and packaged well. It was no fault of Asturias Bathrooms but we had to return the item. The reason I've given 4 stars rather that 5 is because Asturias have a strict 7 days return policy. When you're in the middle of a house renovation this is not long enough. By the time we opened the package and realized we had to return it, the 7 days had long passed. The customer service team didn't reply to my email and we had to chase with calls. The customer service team (Julie in particular) were very helpful however when we spoke to them. They did allow us to return the cabinet, with a 20% penalty, however this was better than nothing. Julie was also very helpful trying to help us find the cabinet that we did need.

Great products at keen prices. Speedy delivery.

I ordered a larger item and paid online - all fine. I received an email the next day saying the item was discontinued so I requested a refund. I have yet to receive any response, confirmation or indeed the refund for the item despite repeated requests. I am still chasing. Interestingly, the item that is now discontinued and unavailable is still on the website for sale.....
