Helpful telephone guidance on what product to buy with a competitive price. Delivery date confined to date not day and time and so missed delivery. They didn't leave a reference number. In summary good vendor with poor distribution supplier.if that could be sorted it would have been 5 star.

Our shower broke and to save hassle we wanted to replace with the same model, which was still in production. Found it at Asturias Bathrooms and ordered it with next day delivery. It cam the next morning and has been fitted already

I ordered two large items from Asturia Bathrooms, one after the other. Shown as in stock on their website, the order process was simple with payment taken immediately. I then receive a call the next day to advise the item was out of stock and that payment will have to be refunded, in fact the item had been discontinued by the manufacturer up to 5 years ago! I then ordered a replacement which I was advised on the phone as being in stock only for the same thing to happen again ... another discontinued item!! Please update your website and stop misleading your customers. Rather frustrating although the refunds were dealt with efficiently I was not able to get the items I wanted from them ... a shame! Makes you wonder how inaccurate the rest of their stock inventory is. Oh ... and as of today they still haven't updated their website ...

I was searching for a Smedbo grab rail, which I found on the Asturias Bathrooms website at a fair price. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and the grab rail is now in situ in my shower. This Smedbo product oozes quality and comes with a 10 year warranty. Many thanks.

I ordered a bathroom extractor fan, was promised delivery with 3-5 days. I emailed on 4th day to ensure my order arrives by day 5. Only to be told, the item is out of stock. Why wasn't I told/emailed before? What if I hadn't emailed? When would they have told me that I will not get the item on time? The only reason I emailed on day 4 is because I had booked an electrician to come and fix the extractor that weekend, therefore needed the item otherwise I would have incurred the electrician cost too. If I hadn't emailed, would I still be waiting? They were prompt at taking my money from the account though!! Disappointed with the service, however did receive my money back into the account within 2 days.

Great price, great service and next day delivery. What's not to like. Well done.
