Hard to find parts at less than normal prices

Hi staff were lovely ordered my items for me and returned then too as I am no good on computers. Received my refund after a few days which was excellent. Kept me well informed by email. Staff are lovely at Lakeside Thurrock. Thankyou

Wasn't sure if it would show up as have not dealt with Astrospares before, and the price with free postage seemed to good to be true. It turned up, exactly as described, in all original packaging. What a bargain!!

Due to a garage conversion I had a Skywatcher 200P and EQ5 mount to sell, as I no longer had space for it. I contacted Neil who was very helpful and agreed to try to sell it for me through Astrospares. I duly delivered the telescope, mount and accessories, which Neil thoroughly checked to ensure all parts were present and in working order and that the lens was in good condition. Neil kept me informed of progress, and after a few weeks the sale was achieved and prompt payment made. In summary, my experience with Astrospares was extremely positive.

Have not been able to use it yet due to weather, but sure it will be spot on judging from other reviews.

When I first engaged in conversation with Neil he came across very polite and mostly professional all was good to start off with.then I took an interest in a Altair starwave 110 ED Refractor telescope and approached Neil in a possible part trade with my items i wished to sell however shortly afterwards things started to change.first of all for an individual who has supposedly 28 years trading in buying and selling Astronomical telescopes and all the accessories associated around the hobby is a joke.took Neil a couple of days admittedly is a respectable time frame to respond
Then asked for the part number and prices and in analogy terms is like going into your local greasy spoon then asked to cook your own breakfast.
Another 2 or 3 days passed still no response so informed Neil by email that no longer wish to take things further due to the bad customer services.
Then all of a sudden he took it upon himself to get arsey and pompous with myself in a off tone.
(Yeah very professional 28 years in trading) also to note he carried on how great he was and stated he is good in his line of work.this is far from reality and truth the individual is a child and the funny part is only has x5 telescopes listed on his website and one of those has been on there for several years to my best knowledge.so go else where if I was you.
