They don’t deserve even one star- took my money and no order and no communication . Avoid avoid - scam

This is a scam website that has now shut down. I ordered a polka dot set through TikTok shop. IF ANYONE HAS PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM DISPUTE THIS WITH YOUR BANK FOR A REFUND. This company will not refund or reply to your emails. Even after I reported to my bank they came back and tried to challenge it, but my bank is still defending my dispute.

If I could give minus I would. Ordered 2 polka dot sets £60 after seeing on TT. Ordered through the Shop app thinking that would be secure. 2 months later, numerous emails & nothing. TT & Shop shouldn’t be linked with these scammers . Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered over 2 months ago, been chasing after it with emails and had 1 reply saying it has been lost so im getting a new one sent out. And havent had a reply since, my emails are now getting ignored.
Dont waste money with these scum bags.

DO NOT PURCHASE.
This is a scam site, they will not deliver anything and will be unreachable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered beginning of March, I’ve had nothing sent, no update, emails ignored. Tracking says waiting for a parcel. Disgusting how people scam money out of others who work hard. Avoid

ZERO STARS, I also ordered polkadot sets through a tt ad. A month later, numerous emails sent to Astrora with no reply, I'm so tired of these scammer companys, I will never use the SHOP app again, reminder if it seems too good to be true, it is!!!!!!

Ordered 2 polkadot sets a month ago. They haven't been shipped yet. They dont respond to emails. I feel its a scam. I just want my money back and cannot get any form of communication from them at all

Absolutely shocking service - been over a month since I ordered and still not received it. its not even with the courier which they said it was! correspondence is shocking too ! wont be ordering again!!

I placed an order after seeing an item on Tik Tok early November for a Christmas gift,
The monies were taken from my account, I received a confirmation email but a month later I had 1 update email generic, I have sent emails chasing my order and there has been no response, all I want is a delivery date!

this is a disgrace . my son spent £69.99 for a fleece from money he earned cleaning up at a garage . trying to teach a work ethic and he gets ripped off with his first purchase , scamming scum !

Ordered something for my sons birthday on the website basis that it will be processed in 1-2 days and delivered in 6 days. Not heard anymore since (4 weeks), despite numerous emails and no other contact info available. I will be seeking refund from credit card company. Do not order from this company, dreadful!

Scam, will tell you false details like 'out for delivery' and 'dispatched' and not deliver. Will not accept refunds either. Do not buy from here.
