Canadians should stay far away
Canadians should stay far away from ordering from this place. I placed an order on Dec4 as a Christmas gift and it didn’t arrive until Dec22. Mind you, the company claims to ship in “3-5 days” and claims that you can track your order with the Arrive app; both are lies. What you won’t find out unless you complain to customer service is that “3-5 days” is only if you live in the United States, if you live elsewhere it can take several weeks. There’s no option to choose your shipping method, so you can’t ask for your purchase to arrive faster even if you’re willing to pay. When your purchase arrives at last, it’ll be ripped up and basically impossible to give as a Christmas gift (Facebook won’t let me post pictures of the damage). And then they’ll offer to send you a replacement of your purchase only AFTER they try to pretend that they can’t find any record of you buying anything, because they don’t actually want to give you your money back at all. So now I’m waiting for something I don’t want to arrive in the mail after Christmas, when I won’t care anymore. There are better businesses elsewhere, I wish I read reviews before wasting my money here.

I placer an order, but did not receive my reading according to what has been promised.
The excuse was IT problems..... ok, Can happen!
I asked if they Found my birth town... No, but they were still able to send me a reading...???
This is a waste of Money, time and Your good intentions of working deeper with Your insights.
I recommend..... pay a bit more a astrolog f2f, it pays off in the long run, this is a rip off!!!

At first I didn’t really think this was legit just a scam but after singing up. I realize the information is for real. Reading about myself that’s not possibly known from anyone could be so on cue it’s a little scary. I am still learning finding the answers I’ve been searching for over a decade. As soon as I clicked on to Astrology Answer, I felt at hone. I know that they were right. So many thinkgs to practise, I only have an hour a day to read. I’d like a way to. Listen as i work. I've been a follower of my own…
I've been a follower of my own astrological information for yrs. I have my first chart done professionally in June of 1986. Since then, when I listen to the recorded session it simply amazes me because of its accuracy. Now I've done it again through Astrology Answers. It just amazes me how true and accurate they have been with so little information about myself. So much personal information found in my chart has helped over the yrs, and again currently for me to become a better person and an improve version of myself. If you have not received the money, please contact your banking institution.
As for your email subscriptions, those show as being cancelled in our systems the same day your refunds were issued. You should not be receiving promotional emails from Astrology Answers any more. We hope this answers any questions you had!

2 stars because while I was satisfied with the purchased monthly forecast and the experts, I WAS NOT happy with my subscriptions.
I went to the support tab back in July 2019 and clicked the message us section and then the drop down menu to select my reason for contacting them. I typed out that I would like to cancel the transit period (3 payments of $29) but keep the $19 soul space subscription.
Well August 2019 I was charged for both the soul space AND the transit period. So again, I went to the support tab but this time choosing to call and cancel. Upon calling, I was informed that the messaging space DOES NOT work??? You have to call. So I was charged because of their misinformation and none professionalism. After calling again in Aug, they said it was canceled BUT yet again the subscription was charged in September 2019. So I called to cancel today (29th) and spoke with Desiray. Well after checking the Account & Billing section, it says both subscriptions are still on there. So I call AGAIN and speak with Labrashia who informs me the subscription has ran it's full 3 months and expired on the 20th (or so they say). But that the Soul Space was cancelled today by Mr. Hanson? Whoever that is, they better have cancelled my subscription. If not, I will change my rating to one star and write and continue to write negative reviews.
EDIT- After contacting them, they responded in a timely manner and we were able to get the details worked out. So I have now re rated at 4 stars.

Scam. Incorrect information. Bad Customer Service
This company sent me an incorrect astrological sign, I am a Libra, not a Scorpio! I gave them every detail so that I would receive a thorough Transit Period Guide and then after I contacted them to correct it, they sent me a Happy Birthday message with my daily horoscope on September 23rd...???? When I dealt with customer service they did not fix the problem the first time (obviously) and then when I reached out the second time they said it was past the 60 day refund policy so they wouldn't do anything to help me. Then went on to say that my information was correct both times (wrong sign and wrong birthday so obviously incorrect Transit Period Guide). This is a scam. I would not suggest buying this to anyone unless they want to get random information that doesn't apply to their birthday or signs at all.
************* I read the feedback given by Astrology Answers and did what they said- there is no such website or department that deals with these matters and was emailed back after contacting their general "customer service" email address and was told the same thing I was told the first time. I did not receive a refund!! I didn't even get an apology (not like that helps me in any way) or for them to admit that their scheme we as completely false multiple times!!! This again shows how this company and their services are complete scams and their customer service (or lack of) is horrendous. They lied, gave me false information and fixed absolutely nothing (just wasted more of my time and annoyed me even more!!) by commenting on my review. ***************

Our records indicate that instead of emailing myself directly at the email provided to you below in the first message, you attempted to contact our general mailbox again, where our agents did their best to help you. Given that we handle hundreds of emails daily, our general service agents are not necessarily briefed on every individual situation from our social channels.
I can assure you that we are not a scam, we DO have a dedicated customer service department, and when people reach out to us through the appropriate channels, we respond within 12-24 hours. We take our customer satisfaction seriously, and do not lie or "give false information" about people who work for this company.
