I was about to sign up, but decided it was too expensive. Tried to unsubscribe at least eight times! Kept getting e-mails that made me try to feel guilty that I wasn't using their wonderful service. Very aggressive marketing tactics and now, reading through all the reviews, realize this company is nothing but a scam artist. I doubt there is a "Dawn" unless that's the name they've given their computer. This company gives astrologers and the business of astrology a really bad name. Oh yes, complained to the BBB and found out Astrology Answers has barred me from ever signing up again. That's a relief! Do NOT deal with these shysters!

However, within your correspondence, you used hostile language towards our agents- and contrary to what you may believe, there are real people on the other side of these screens (including Dawn), and they are not here for abuse from users.
Likewise, our team replied in a timely and professional manner to your BBB claim & agreed to your expected case resolution, that we "never contact you again"- and yet you've continued to contact us, on a platform that requires our engagement.
Astrology Answers aims to provide a safe community for people to explore personal growth & self development, and we treat our members with kindness. We clearly were not the right fit for you, but we hope you find somewhere that is.

Such a humongous scam!
First had to wait for ever for the transit period guide.
Other package parts were only sent after activation of PayPal secure services and in the end I had to spam their mail box with the question to deliver the rest of the order!
Don´t believe them whatever they say.
Hilarious that I really believed that a site like that could be real...
Fool me once...

Hugely Dissappointed
Dawn may be a "real' person but everything they do seems to be on auto pilot and left to the computers algorithm. I certianly feel that there is value in astrology and was OPEN to purchasing a 6month transit report with full acceptance and a positive view.
what I got was the WRONG time and birth AND the wrong birth place. I clearly wrote New York, New York and I received a transit report that had my place of birth in "KIRKWOOD, BINGHAMTON NEW YORK??
The location of your birth is a vital statistic for your chart.
When I contacted support they sent a revised one and my birthplace was then another MISTAKE as Santa Fe New York - is there even a place like that in New York? I immediately cancelled my transit and was given a refund but I did not get an emotional refund on the huge disappointment I experienced. There may be people involved in this but you won't get a real personal response all very vague and general. Glad they refunded, that's the only good thing that happened.

Oh where do I start with Dawn. Dawn Anne was my personal astrologer and was there for me in a time of need. I was on the brink of something extraordinary and Dawn allowed me to see that. I needed a REAL woman and she was that woman. I felt like there was no one there and no true answers to cure my pain and Dawn Anne showed up for ME. Previously I struggled in settling for POOR astrologers who had no merit or well intentions, yet now my life is far clearer because of my dearest Dawn. This company lies there scammers they take your money and this so-called Dawn doesn't do what she promised to do, I have emailed this company lots of times first they can't find my account then 1 person said they would refund then next mail I get another said I won't get a refund....This Dawn told me she would be sending me books inside I got E-books that I cant download crashed my laptop 3 times I told her this I get no response from her I paid her $97. and then you have to have this Chakra pendulum for $39.95 when I emailed again she doesn't respond at all then someone else texted me back said I had to download something else in order to get ebooks to download laptop crashed gain I want a refund tired of the crap Dawn gets her money then the hell with me people get sucked in because they think you're going to help them this adds more stress Scam

Well...I got done
Well...First time I have ever purchased a reading, given my details, and then been scammed. I contacted them by email asked if they wanted to explain and maybe return the money that they had taken that was not quoted or receipted but no reply. Am I surprised? Sadly no. Am I angry at myself for falling for such an obvious con? Yep. So warning to others. Avoid like the plague.

These horoscopes are horrible. I am PISCES. It puts my life in danger. People want money and try to SCAM me all the time. We do not take drugs and drink alcohol, we do not get revenge, we do not fantasize when the world is full of crime and has aggressive people. I know REALITY. Not all Pisces are intelligent, artistic, sensitive, like to sleep, dreamers, and many other things. Zero idea about PISCES. Nonsense. Science fiction.

I purchased a transit guide
I purchased a transit guide. I have had my natal chart done by trusted astrologers before and even recently input all my birthdate, time, and place information into a trusted online source and my ascendant is in Capricorn. They created this transit guide and somehow have my ascendant as Scorpio, which is incorrect. I asked if they could re-input or double check it for accuracy -- they did send me an updated version, but it had not been corrected. I'm changing my review to 3 stars because they did issue me a refund.
