Very disappointed in lack of heart from Astrology Answers
I purchased a six-month transit report and was very disappointed. It was not personalized to my full chart and felt very cookie cutter. I understand having a pre-built report, but I thought I was paying for one that was specific to at least my sun, moon, and ascendent signs. Also, after my purchase, I began receiving daily emails from other people that were trying to upsell me on other products. Once again I understand this as a marketing strategy, but it felt as though they were structured in such a way to use fear to make me feel like I had to purchase these items. Suffice it to say I did not purchase any additional items. 3 months later, I can no longer log into my account to view my Transit Report. My first impression of this company was that it was a caring organization trying to help people. Now I see it as a money making machine with no heart.

Nothing working for me with Astrology
Everything is went wrong.i want to get serious with this but you always give me platforms which only seek money from me.i thought like you will just help me with all the material so i can improve my life but nothing.am even slowly loosing the confidence in this now.because I'm not getting the help i need.

BEWARE
They don't respond in a timely manner, sometimes NEVER. But what they do very well....is send a new transit every month with a new charge for each transit. They never tell you what to do when a transit comes, they rarely gives your notice of a coming transit or explains what a transit actually is. Astrological Answers seems like a very expensive scam! BEWARE

What can I say.
You pay for the program and in end there are multiple additional charges for anything you want to look into. So what is the point to pay for the program and in the end if you really want the answers you have to pay additional to get the answers and then another additional to get the answer and then another additional to get the answer. Sorry wasn't really happy with it but I gave them three stars for really trying.
The worst part about it is if you want answers or help and email them it is a roller coaster to get an answer.

I can see that you had purchased a 6 and 12 month Transit Period Guide as well as an Astrology Guide from us here at Astrology Answers. I also see that there was a refund issued for the six month transit period guide, as you had purchased both by accident.
As explained by our customer service team, the purchases that you were unhappy with had not come from Astrology Answers. Unfortunately we can only speak to our own products, not those of other companies found on the internet. I would recommend reaching out to their customer service departments to discuss purchases your have made from them.

I came upon them just surfing the web…
I came upon them just surfing the web and I decided to do it for $17 and I will say that Dawn was spot on and I was Very Happy with my reading! The part that pissed me off was that about 15 minutes after I paid my $17 and was reading my email from them, I was all of a sudden getting a text from my bank asking if I was the person spending $97 at Astrology Answers and I’m thankful they did text me because I did not approve $97 at all and this made me become extremely upset because i’m on disability and barely making it month by month. So if you can get lucky and get your reading and they only charge u $17 it’s a good deal but if your one of the ones that gets charged $97 for I actually dunno what yet then it will upset u quickly so just be prepared because i’m not sure what’s going on here with this.

Dreadful experience
I have written to this company requesting they sort my access to the product I bought. They have not answerd one single email. However they do constantly bombard me with free readings which turn out to cost money!!

I have taken multiple services from Astrologers Answers but they were small amounts because I cannot afford more. However, by mistake I ended up making payment through my card of $97 for a service and that was something I could not afford. I informed Astrology Answers immediately requesting cancellation and refund. They took the trouble in identifying the transaction and refunding my money without any delay. This indicates the level of care and genuineness of Astrology Answers. They are here to only help us.
