Pagamenti automatici senza consenso: esperienza vergognosa!
Ho comprato un report su Astroline per 1 euro, l’ho ricevuto e non ho mai più utilizzato l’app, anzi l’ho cancellata subito. Dopo qualche giorno mi sono accorta che mi era stato addebitato 48,70 euro di abbonamento mensile senza alcuna richiesta o conferma: ho subito fatto reclamo.
Inoltre, provando a rimuovere il metodo di pagamento dal sito, non è stato possibile cancellarlo. Mentre cercavo di capire come fare reclamo e come annullare l’abbonamento, per sbaglio ho cliccato su un altro report e mi è stato addebitato automaticamente un pagamento di circa 20 euro. Trovo assolutamente vergognoso che anche un pagamento di 19,99 euro parta automaticamente senza alcuna conferma, soprattutto considerando che quel report sarebbe dovuto essere incluso nell’abbonamento che non voglio e che non sto utilizzando.
Il fatto che non si possa nemmeno rimuovere il metodo di pagamento salvato e che un semplice clic sbagliato generi addebiti automatici rende il servizio ingiusto e per nulla rispettoso dei consumatori. In teoria, ogni interazione nell’app potrebbe portare a pagamenti automatici: è una pratica da denunciare.
Assolutamente sconsigliato.

ATTENZIONE TRUFFA! Nascondo termini e condizioni con scritte minuscole. Ti fanno pagare per un periodo di prova, cosa che dovrebbe essere gratuita, e poi ti addebitano 50 euro. Il sito fa schifo, non c'è modo di controllare il tuo abbonamento. Una volta fatta richiesta di rimborso me lo hanno negato
