I ordered Astrocartography reading at astro-cartography.com and during 24 hours i got my report. Report was easy to read, it had Astrocartography map, list of cities on each my Astrocartography line, pros and cons of living on each line. Thank you! Very useful information. I use it in my life.
This company offers a $49 report for an astrocartography analysis. Even though I gave them my correct birth information, they gave me an inaccurate report which was useless. I know it was incorrect because I've had an astrocartography reading with an astrologer in the past and know the basics of my chart. I was buying this to have the info in a report format. When I complained that the report was incorrect, they just said they don't offer refunds. They were not even willing to run the report again to correct the issue. When we buy things, we assume that we're getting what we pay for. This company did not care about me after they got my money. There is nothing on their site that says no refunds. They sent me the "terms and conditions" link AFTER I asked for a refund; it's not visible on the actual site menu. The astrologer "Alisa Mercury" doesn't even exist. It's just an AI-generated photo. I'm not using my real name with this review because I prefer to remain anonymous. The real name of this business is "SIA Pari Gallery" or astro-cartography.com. I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and review them on Trust Pilot. Their reply below is just to save face. STAY AWAY from this company!

What truly troubles us is your conduct. Instead of raising concerns calmly, you resorted to aggression, insults, and threats to “report” us the moment we upheld our policies.
Regarding refunds: Digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered and used, a standard practice across the industry. You explicitly agreed to our Terms & Conditions during checkout (via mandatory checkbox) and could access the link at the bottom of every page.
It seems that you are a scammer who received the service and refuses to pay for it. Unfortunately, such fraudsters exist in every business, and we are saddened to encounter this behavior.
This isolated incident, riddled with falsehoods and malice, does not define us. We remain committed to ethical service, but we will not tolerate abuse or manipulation.
It is deeply upsetting when a single individual, with clear intent to damage our reputation, fabricates a completely false narrative.
