We have nothing but positive things to say about Barnaby and the team, they have been absolutely fantastic in securing a remortgage for us. I was very anxious coming out of a low rate into the current climate but Barnaby was brilliant at talking me through all our options and explaining everything. I warned him I would have lots of questions and he was always happy to answer them and reply to any of my ‘wobbles’ when I got worried! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this fab team.

The process of buying the property was not easy due to complications with the purchase however thanks to Barnaby I was able to get the help and support needed with the mortgage to make it happen within the deadlines and with a mortgage I was comfortable with.

Adam and the team were great As a first time buyer, I initially was looking at getting a mortgage myself, and I was being quoted at less than £200,000 I could borrow, which isn’t enough on the market needing a 3 bed house. After speaking with Adam, he estimated we could borrow 270,000.

We ended up finding 3 bed for 250,000 and have since completed our move.

He also helped us in finding the best deals for life insurance and buildings and contents insurance.

Buying our first home was made easier and less stressful, we couldn’t have bought our house without the help.
