Amazing customer service
I bought an egg freezing package with Assured to be used at a clinic in Portugal that ended up going into administration before I could start the treatments and the staff Assured Fertility was just incredible. I'd like to specially mention how great Hollie was at helping me navigate a very stressful and uncertain time. She kept me constantly in the loop and her and the director Nick gave me a few options of how to proceed, so I didn't end up losing a lot of money in the whole ordeal. Hollie made me feel supported throughout and I ended up transferring the package I had to a London clinic, even though it would cost me a bit more, just because it was still a good deal and I knew that if anything like that happened again I could trust Assured Fertility to do the right thing. I would 100% recommend anyone thinking of fertility treatment financing to use them.

Our whole IVF experience with Assured Fertility, from start to finish, was truly exceptional.
The staff were absolutely amazing — from their quick response times and excellent communication to the care and support they provided throughout the entire process. We were guided every step of the way, including clear advice around medication, appointments and waiting times, which made what can be such an emotional and overwhelming journey feel much easier.
We were always seen promptly and made to feel supported and cared for throughout our treatment. We are so incredibly grateful to the whole team for helping us on our journey and, most importantly, for helping us welcome our beautiful bundle of joy on 17th August 2026. ❤️
We honestly couldn’t recommend Assured Fertility enough. We would absolutely return to this wonderful team in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone considering IVF.

I was a bit slow to phone them as I phoned as I was starting my treatment and they turned everything around in an hour to get everything sorted. Very helpful!

All around excellence
Every single person we dealt with went out of their way to be helpful and supportive, made our ivf experience significantly easier as there was no stress over invoices! Refund process was also straightforward after our transfer was successful and our little boy was born. Communication always clear, easy to understand and super prompt too.

Really compassionate
Really compassionate, supportive and incredibly quick to book appointments and help us to start our journey as soon as we wanted to. The staff are wonderful and incredibly caring and professional. Lucky to have two beautiful children as a result and would happily go through the process again!

Fantastic Service
I regret not getting in touch with Assured far sooner than I did. They have saved me so much money, but equally made everything so much easier for me.
Charlotte was absolutely incredible and so ridiculously patient. She answered every question I had, even when I asked it twice, and she was always quick to respond!
The refund process was also really fast and again, incredibly fast easy.
