Emergency Call out
Emergency Call out - power outage throughout the house. Josh was great and patient with explaining everything. Solved the issue and got us back up and running to where we were before.

Made a phone call and within 2 hours…
Made a phone call and within 2 hours Fred the Electrician was at the door. Prompt and friendly service. Fred had a thorough check through the issue we had with the downstairs light switch tripping. He placed a junction box for the outside light as this may have been the potential problem but also explained that this may happen again due to the electrical wiring being very old, with also how the house is probably wired up and would ideally need replacing.
I will give the company a call and have them quote for this.

Exceptional service from start to finish.
Very prompt reply and explanation of what was going to happen.
The electrician, Freddie, was a credit to the organisation. Very knowledgeable, very polite and explained exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for at each phase of the investigation.
He then explained other services offered and what I could expect from these.
All in all a truly exceptional experience.
