Service
The service was late (my fault) and Assured-FS called me today when they realised an engineer was nearby doing another service and could do mine without delay. I was grateful for their chasing me but also for the professional way in which the engineer carried out the service and solved problems carefully and simply as they arose.

Efficient and caring
As usual, the service was carried out efficiently. It is good to see the same person who I know and who knows me and my home. I have never regretted the decision to have Elan install the alarm system a number of years ago.
