Daniel dealt with me sorting out my life insurance the other day, he was so pleasant and a pleasure to talk to making it easy for me to understand every step of the way and even told me if I don't understand something to ask questions any time I needed to.

I think he deserves a promotion or something maybe a pay rise

I dealt with sherrie she made it a pleasant experience and easy to process any information needed 10 out of 10 for customer service skills

I spoke to Ryan on the phone regarding my policy and he was brilliant taking the time to explain everything for me in great detail. It was nice talking to someone who was friendly and human rather than being a robot and just reading from a script. Thank you Ryan :)
