Extremely nice person who talked me through my wishes for the will.
It took a month to be written up.
One small spelling mistake was corrected quickly.
All in all a good service.

Wow, the reviews on Trustpilot are amazing for this company and it’s far from the experience I received. I made an initial enquiry and David called me immediately and we arranged a call for the next day. This was at the end of May. After a hard sell to put my house in trust I advised that I would stick to the basic will. From then it went downhill. I chased frequently and finally I got sent a form to complete. I completed this and I have never heard back from David. I chased and still no response. I have given up and gone with someone else and the will was with me within 2 weeks and done very professionally.

Bought a voucher from groupon sent details and it was dealt with promptly even though I hadn’t realised the date had passed which was very kind of them. Will was done quickly and is in the post as we speak!

I do think it should be made easier for people of a certain age if we didn't have a son and Grandson to help us through it it would never have got done. Mr &Mrs Wilson.

Purchased Mirror wills via Groupon. From start to finish, the service has been straightforward and professional. Jonathan P was excellent. Telephone consultation was stress free with everything explained in simple terms and there was no hard sell. I contacted them for my mum as she was wary of making a will.lnitial form was straight forward. A phonecall to mum via Claire was arranged. Mum spoke to Claire and clarification of what her wishes were. Other options were discussed but not pushed.Paid for a hard copy & was delivered within a week. Excellent service
