Results were not very accurate. For $90, you really do not get much besides a non-user-friendly report and a list of careers to match yourself against. I also wish to take the test over again, but you cannot.
My goal is to find a good career that I enjoy and has a large percentage of good leaders (which we lack in general in our current society). My biggest issue is crap management and not the particular career. I'm sure psychologists would disagree with me, but the questions were loaded in a way that is annoying. Basically half of the questions did not illustrate how I felt which means that the results will not be good for me. They also do this popular tactic of interlacing the same question multiple times in slightly different ways which always pisses me off. I understand why the psychologists do it, but I've had experiences in the past where this technique doesn't work for me. Also, inside the same question, sometimes 2 of the options are basically the same thing which makes me question how reliable my answers will contribute to my results. Full Disclosure, I only looked at the free part of the results and although they appear accurate, it is like looking at a fortune cookie. The free part of the career/job recommendations were vague and nothing new to me. Ultimately, I didn't feel it would be worth the money to get the top 10 job/career recommendations. If I could be guaranteed good job recommendation that I haven't thought of before, I would pay the money, but there are no guarantees in life, so I have to go on probability... and the probability(based on experience) that I would be wasting my money is very high.
