This company is complete BS

This company is complete BS! I provided them with information on my account, but now they came back they can’t locate it! I sent them email and still crickets! I will be breaking the contract with this company to help me with my cc debts and found reputable company! Stay away from this company!

Please do not use thus company!!!!!

Please do not use this company for debt negotiation. I have had the worst experience.
It has been nine months, and I have already paid more than $5,000. Out of that amount, nearly $4,000 was charged for attorney fees, even though they have not finished negotiating all of my credit card accounts. So far, they have only negotiated one account, and now they claim there are not enough funds available to negotiate the other two remaining credit cards.
It is clear that their priority is collecting their own fees before taking care of their clients. They make sure they get paid first, while leaving customers waiting for months with unresolved debts.
I am extremely concerned that these accounts could end up in collections or even lead to wage garnishment.
On top of that, their customer service is terrible. Every representative gives different information, and most of the time they contradict each other. The only thing they ever say is that I need to keep waiting because they are “about to negotiate.” However, they have also admitted that they have not even sent settlement offer letters to the creditors.
Please do not do business with this company. The service has been absolutely terrible, and I would never recommend them.

We can begin settling accounts once sufficient funds have accumulated in your dedicated savings account and as accounts become delinquent. As accounts fall behind, creditors are typically more willing to consider settlement offers, although each creditor has its own timeline and requirements for when they will engage in negotiations.
The estimated service length provided at enrollment reflects the time needed to resolve all enrolled accounts. Because settlements depend on available funds, accounts are generally resolved one at a time. While payments are applied toward an active settlement, funds continue to build in your dedicated account for future negotiations. This process continues until all accounts are addressed.
Information regarding how the service works, including fees and potential risks such as credit impact, collection activity, or possible legal action, is reviewed during enrollment process.
We understand your concerns regarding account progress, fees, and communication, and we take that feedback seriously. I have been messaged at least 8 times…

I have been messaged at least 8 times for the same settlement with care credit. Have talked to 3 different people have given my permission to settled then I get another call. I answer hopeing that it is another settlement as I have been paying since April and I inly one one settlement and the one credit card I kept I can no longer use.

Terrible!

Terrible!! They pray on people desperately seeking help for their financial situations - they tell you everything you want to hear, they can help, they can resolve and settle all your debt - then they resolve nothing and provide you with zero information as far as whats happening w/ your accounts for months meanwhile charging you for their services, some banking account service to collect your money and a legal plan and other various fees.
Creditors still continue to call and email and charge you late fees and crazy interest. Till you get frustrated you have paid into this “program” and ridiculous amount of money and are even further in debt then when you began. Dont DO it!! I and many others have complaints filed w/BBB.

I only put 1 star because there was no option for 0...they are crooks take advantage of people with little education with hidden clauses telling you 1 thing with lying lips ..while hiding things in legal terms people don't understand ..it would have been better in the end to file bankruptcy atleast you know what to expect
