Bad experience with customer service
My loan was approved but the money was never deposited into my account due to an input error on the checking account number. When I spoke that same day to a representative I was told that the money was returned to Aspen Financial and that I would have to reapply after the account was canceled due to returned funds. I was not able to reapply due to the original account still not closed out several days later.
I needed the money for an emergency which I was unable to get from your company after several attempts . I have since found funds elsewhere. No one from your company followed up with me after the funds had been returned to your company. I only received a generic email telling me to get in touch with a representative.
Bad customer service in my opinion.

Received 3 emails saying i was approved. Then after sending my licence and pay stub I receive an email saying I'm not approved. I think it's a shady way to get personal information

For instance, in Illinois, state law requires that we receive income verification documents in order to satisfy affordability requirements in that particular state. In this instance, it looks as though you were conditionally approved, pending verification of additional documents needed.

So I took out a $3500.00 loan
So I took out a $3500.00 loan, made Seven payments at $400.00 for $2800.00. Wanted to pay my loan off and was told that My Pay Off was $3800.00😡I’m filling a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, BBB and every social media site I can post my experience with Aspen Financial.
