Gareth Smith has been amazing since 2020 when during COVID we first time played with an idea to look for a serviced office after 25 year being in leased office. My experience with Gerard was Amazing; he was very friendly, down to earth, informative and professional, he made things easy to understand and made the overall process easy. Gerard was able to put my mind at ease at a very desperate and stressful time for me. He was able to source 4 viewings for me in less than an hour and after viewing all 4 spaces the following day, I was able to easily choose a space that met all my needs. Officio service has been quick and easy. After 6 months in our new office I received a check in phone call from Keith Kennett yesterday to make sure that everything is OK and all our needs had been met.
Such a nice thing to do, we are very happy with the move to a serviced office but if there was any problems, I know that Keith would be able to assist.

So much easier dealing with Officio than previous experiences with landlords and estate agents. Quick online form, phone call and they had a short listed the offices that suited our needs. If we ever needed the service again I will be going back to Officio!
