Gerard was accommodating and understanding of what we needed. He had kept in touch to see how we were getting with getting the office space to be signed off by the directors he wasn't pushy on the calls which I really liked.

Kirsty Page responded very promptly to our enquiry and handled our search for 30-40 desk managed office requirement in Central London. Faye provided excellent back up. The service was efficient, professional and responsive from start (defining what we wanted) to finish (closing a lease). Happy to recommend their service.

They found the perfect office! Great service from David at Officio on hand for all enquiries from start to finish. Very professional and extremely interested in your situation and needs. Organised my diary to see offices and gave multiple options allowing us to find what fit we needed. Once we did find the right office he helped move that process along as quickly as possible. Will be using again in the future if we ever need their service!

Gareth Smith has been amazing since 2020 when during COVID we first time played with an idea to look for a serviced office after 25 year being in leased office. He patiently communicated and offered his expertise until last month we found our perfect place and within 2 weeks we are enjoying our new office space in a perfect location in London. I've been very happy with their service, initial service was great and i've been impressed with the follow up service too. I had a call from Keith Kennett today checking in to make sure all is still well months after we moved in.

I received a courtesy call from Keith Kennett calling to check that all was well with the work space that Gerard Richards kindly sourced for me. Keith was very friendly, informative and professional.
My experience with Gerard was Amazing; he was very friendly, down to earth, informative and professional, he made things easy to understand and made the overall process easy. Gerard was able to put my mind at ease at a very desperate and stressful time for me. He was able to source 4 viewings for me in less than an hour and after viewing all 4 spaces the following day, I was able to easily choose a space that met all my needs. Gerard’s communication skills were spot on and my overall experience with this company has been second to none and this was due to Gerard. I will most definitely be recommending this company to family and friends or anyone who is interested in a service like this.

Officio service has been quick and easy. After 6 months in our new office I received a check in phone call from Keith Kennett yesterday to make sure that everything is OK and all our needs had been met.
Such a nice thing to do, we are very happy with the move to a serviced office but if there was any problems, I know that Keith would be able to assist.
So much easier dealing with Officio than previous experiences with landlords and estate agents. Quick online form, phone call and they had a short listed the offices that suited our needs. If we ever needed the service again I will be going back to Officio!

We found Officio's staff very helpful and professional when we needed to find new serviced office facilities in Bristol. Michael Burnett and Ben Gatford both understood our circumstances and spent time in learning about our business and our specific needs in detail. They then ensured that the rental options presented to us were relevant and appropriate, plus acted efficiently in liaising and negotiating on our behalf. Therefore we are delighted with the level of service we had from Officio!
