LOTTIE, THE SALES REP HAS BEEN VERY INSTRUMENTAL, CHASING BOTH THE BUYER AND SELLER TO PUSH THE TRANSACTION OVER THE LINE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

Popped into ask about a property and was very impressed with their customer service, knowledge and help in looking for a house, if i decide to sell my home i will be definitely using them. Amy the Sales & Lettings director actually takes the time to speak with clients! She’s knowledgeable & even told me which of my portfolio not to sell yet as I wouldn’t achieve the correct money. All the other agents I spoke to told me to put them all on, which is obviously in their interest and not the best advice for me as a client. Amy advised Ashbrookes can manage works to get my property up to the best standard to sell & where my next purchases for Holiday let’s should be. Excellent knowledge.
