Scam - do not order! Beware, they do not accept any returns!

Very bad quiality and costumer service

My order came so quick and I got to wear my beautiful dress to a wedding very happy with it definitely order again from you

I ordered a dress for a wedding. The item that arrived (4 weeks after I bought it) was laughable that they honestly were sending it as the dress in the online image. Nothing like the image in style, colour shape and quality. I make online purchases almost weekly from various retailers and never have I received an item so unlike the picture. Nor has the return experience been so dreadful. The company refuses to pay for the return or reimburse the full amount which is against British consumer rights law when an item is misrepresented in the advertisement. 0/5 for my shopping experience with this company. I will be posting this on my social media accounts to prevent others from having such a negative shopping experience.

Very slow delivery - at least 4 weeks. The dress quality was poor - nothing like the color on website. did not fit and then they would not refund - offered $7 US when the dress was $90. their customer service response was impersonal - looks AI generated. Not chance of refund. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Ordered 4 items. Delivery time was ok, certainly not quick. I measured against the sizes of the items when ordering as I hate returning online orders. 2 of the 4 fit, on enquiring about exchange and return I was quoted return shipping fees for the item to exchange (and keep the item I already have that doesn't fit) and offered $8 for the item to return.
The quality of the customer service responses is poor, I won't be using again.

Ordered a dress from them arrived in good time but size wise it was well out wouldn’t even go over my head ! Contacted their customer services and was offered $8 this increased following another email to $13 dollars the next morning ! The company and its customer services are shocking not sure who the others on here are that reckon they got exchanges quickly but certainly not like this in my case ! I wouldn’t suggest anyone in the UK uses them EVER

I ordered five dresses from this company. I was excited to receive them. When I opened the packaging to each dress, the quality of the fabric is extremely poor. It feels like tissue paper on all the dresses I ordered. I was shocked by the amount I paid for them to be so cheap. Im not sure how they receive good reviews unless their company adds them to the website. When I wanted to return the dresses they offered me $20 (after I had spend over $190 on the entire purchase) in exchange for me to keep the dresses. When I responded no, they tried to increase the fee from $20 to $30 for me to keep the clothes up until $50. They only accept clothes if they are torn or if there is a quality issue. If you decide to return, THE CUSTOMER has to pay for shipping to Dabai. Their website states "easy returns" but it is FAR from that. Read my review and think twice before you order from this company. I dont ever write bad reviews but I can't believe how they handled my situation and were completely unwilling to work with me.

Do not buy from this company unless you are absolutely sure of your size. You cannot return or obtain a refund ... absolute con!

This company do not take returns even though their website says they do. They are poor at communication and trade from abroad. The extra delivery charges are fake and items take two weeks to arrive from China minimum!!!
So paying for express delivery at 7-10 days is completely unachievable.
The dress was a different fabric completely and they offered me 8% reduction in cost!!!!

Great experience shopping with Ascety. Items arrived and I loved the dresses, however the sizing was wrong. I emailed customer services and they resent items straight away, couldn’t have been easier.

Slight delay in delivery but that is what I expected as it came from overseas.colours and sizes were true and they both fit well. Fabric is a bit thin but not sheer. Length great. One dress didn't have more of a drop waist like picture. Not a scam and would order again.

I got my order within a decent time frame, but would be nice if an email was sent to say it had been sent in the first place. More communication is needed. Items were great though.

Dress exactly as described. Good material. Nice fit. True to size. Waiting time approx 3 weeks.

Obviously all goes well unless you need to return a dress for another size! No answer to my emails, they keep bouncing back as unreceivable at the address they promote. Not worth taking the risk if this is what happens if you need to swap a garment...

The quality of the dress does not match the photo's. What you receive is like a poor quality remake of the dress. I wish I can add photos.

I brought two dresses on sale for around USD40 (they were on sale) but I would not spend more than 15USD.
