I’ve had direct contact with Sean regarding my tenancy, and I want to acknowledge the support he has personally provided. He has been responsive, polite, and professional in his communication, and has taken the time to listen to concerns and follow up where needed.
While ongoing matters with the property are separate, Sean himself has handled interactions in a calm and respectful manner, which I appreciate. It makes a difference when you feel heard and treated with courtesy.

Excellent Service
I’ve had a really positive experience with Ascend Properties from the very beginning. The team, especially Ashton and Olivia, have been consistently accommodating, professional and easy to deal with. I can always get through to someone when I call, or I receive a call back, which makes a huge difference.
Their maintenance portal is excellent. It’s simple to use for reporting any issues and they’re quick to respond and resolve them. Communication has been clear throughout, and I’ve always felt supported as a tenant.
Can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent and professional team
Maddy from Ascend kept us informed at all times, appointment reminders, letting us know she was at the property and ready for us. She showed us round the property and then let us look at our leisure. All questions were answered and if not known she pointed us in the right direction . Maddy was Very polite and professional.

Exceptional Service
We have recently moved from one Ascend property to another - which should tell you how satisifed we are with our experiences.
It's easy to forget that, as a company, Ascend are there to represent themselves as a business, the tenant AND the landlord. Whilst there have been a couple of ocassions in our ten year tenancy where I have felt more could have been done to support us, overall, the way problems with our house were handled was first class.
This is mainly down to our Property Manager, Claire Charlton, who is incredibly efficient, replies to communication quickly and has a real 'can do' attitude to solving problems. Her genuine investment in making sure tenants have a positive experience is unique and very reassuring when issues arise.
When we moved out of our old Ascend Property last month, we were supported with really clear communication throughout, were offered a free pre-check out visit to advise us on ensuring we received our full deposit and then - having received our full deposit back - had it returned to us just four days after we moved out!
We also had a positive experience with Laura - the branch manager at Ascend Monton - in securing our new rental home and she again was an absolute credit to the business.
No rental experience will ever be problem free but I feel confident that we are renting with an agency who will do their utmost to try and make renting a positive experience.
I would definitely recommend renting with Ascend - they set the standard of what renting should be like for tenants.

I have a portfolio of properties which have been managed by Ascend Estates Ltd over the last 6 years. They do a fantactic job and are rents are upto date and all safety certicification is taken care. Very good service and helpful staff

Adam has been a great agent and has found me all the best deals. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the process even when I had multiple enquiries. Would totally recommend Adam if you’re looking for the best deals in Manchester. Would rent through him again.
