I think that they’re a great agency. They always have jobs open and always help. They are legit, and quick!

Well here I am again writing another review about this horrendous company since apparently my first review magically disappeared.

Long story short, Daisy was BEYOND unprofessional and insulting. She doesn’t read resumes before interviews and thinks it’s polite to yawn in your face. She didn’t even tell me any information regarding the job “she had for me”

She said, “I wouldn’t put that you’re from Staten Island on your resume.” “No one will hire you.” “You should wear your hair curly”

I would NEVER recommend this “boutique agency” to anyone. Daisy you should be ASHAMED of yourself.

I was unemployed and waited for job offer. But they cannot really help me. Thanks to other agency that can find employment.

I appreciate this agency even though I haven't been placed yet because they stay in touch, that's the key. Regardless they will reach out to you.

The whole experience was obviously a setup. The bus that took us (about 15 people) waited at least 15 minutes for one person. Once we got to the company to work they only chose 2 people and one was the person running late. The the rest of us had to wait another hour to get picked up for a return trip. To top it off, we were all told we would get paid for our time but this never happened, even after trying to contact AscendHire. The one star is too generous.

I have applied to many permanent positions that AscendHire posts, however, have never received an actual interview with a potential employer. I believe I have spoken on the phone with AscendHire Recruiter, however, nothing has ever progressed. I am currently employed, but seeking advancement and a better opportunity to support my family and I, as I am the primary provider for my family. I live in the Tri-State area and I am seeking an opportunity in NY, in Manhattan. I have had better experiences with other staffing agencies. If they had been able to get me into more interviews for a permanent positions, than perhaps my review would have been higher 4 or 5 stars, like I would give the other staffing agency, which I have previously worked with.

Until you get in contact with me and help me get a job, you're not getting a good review from me.

Employees are polite professional and care about there employees.

I dont know who this company is.. if its an agency for employment they NEVER helped me get a job..

This agency is the worst, no one ever helps you get a job or a potential interview. Horrible

If you're looking to find a job or get hired don't bother with this agency. I never got any help getting a job. No one helped. Gave up on dealing with them and wouldn't recommend.

I was scheduled for a job the weekend for a major snowstorm in Staten Island, NY. No one from the office was reachable to find out if the job was still on or not. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told to report to the job as scheduled. I did & paid the toll only to be told told I wasn't needed. I was told I would be reimbursed for the toll because of miscommunication. Fast forward a year later & still nothing.

The staff he very helpful and reliable they do everything they can to help you find great assignments .

First off I am super grateful that some ppl don't waste your time oand can actually help. In fact they help you find what you want. It's like someone saying "i want this and this job" and they're like: "ok we have this and this that we think might work well for you." They got me a job the next day, no lie. Excellent service.

I went to AscenHire on a Tuesday, I had a job interview on Wednesday and the perfect job on Thursday (after being unemployed for 5 months). They really pay attention to your skillset and place you accordingly. I am very pleased with their work.

My experience with this agency was the worst! No one calls you back in a timely fashion, and no real information is given to you about job openings. I would never recommend this agency to anyone

They do not respond to follow up emails or calls. Was guaranteed a call and a job and never heard from them again. They're a lost cause. I gave up calling or emailing after 2 months of no answers.
