First class service from start to finish. Informed all the way,regular updates, excellent communications. Delivery drivers were extremely helpful and polite. Couldn’t ask for anything better

Okay..ish
The guys who finally delivered our suite did a great job.
But the office staff who dealt with us need to learn some people skills.
Plus, We we not given options on delivery dates, like we're told we would, and questioned when we couldnt do the date we were told.

Cancelled my delivery at 3:30pm said…
Cancelled my delivery at 3:30pm said they’d ran out of time to deliver! Then wanted to deliver when it suited them not me. Communication was poor and when it was eventually delivered they delivered at 8:10pm when I’d been waiting since 2:30pm.

The delivery team were great when…
The delivery team were great when delivering my sofa. They were very courteous and respectful of my property, took their shoes off when entering my flat, assembled the sofa and cleaned up after themselves.

Fantastic Service
Fantastic Service. Prior to delivery we received updates and then on the day live tracking. Sofa arrived when expected. Luan and Santana were wonderful - professional, helpful and tidy. Great job guys!

Actual delivery was good
It took nearly a week for delivery after being notified of the collection although this was within the 2-7 days. The actual delivery service was very good. Sebastian and his mate were polite, respectful of my property and unpacked the chair and took away the packing.

Great Delivery Team, Punctual and So Helpful.
What can I say, ordered Thursday, advised Friday and delivered on time as advised on Saturday. Delivery guys Francisco and his colleague was brilliant and could not have been more helpful.
