Not happy right now. Still haven't received RMA for wrong ink accidently ordered. Tried to use the return process and haven't had any luck getting a response. Can't use what I have. Still trying.

Reliable, Good Quality, Good Price
I have been using ASAP inkjets for a couple of years. I started using them after comparing price and quality with other sellers. The order comes within a few days after placing the order. I have contacted them and in a short time received a positive answer. They stand behind their products if there is ever a problem. They often send out a newsletter with good information.

Works fine but was messy installing.
You have to be careful - the ink comes out somewhat. Got it on my fingers before I knew it! But good print though.

I have not yet received my order
I can't imagine why it is taking so long to receive the inkjets. I have never had this experience in the past, Usually they arrive within a couple of days. It's been .more than a week now and the tracing number isn't of much help.

The service is excellent
I would buy more inkjet printer ink, however, I am retired, and
therefore, I don't do too much printing. The inkjet refills work excellent in my Brothers Printer. The color is great. I have no problem in referring
your company to my friends.

Very fast delivery
I think I have found a place to get my future supplies for my printer. I have not as yet put the cartrages in my PC to try them but I feel sure all will be fine in the near future I will use them and then I can fully advise yo of there working order. Thanks for your concern and fast delivery. Chuck
