DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE!! Purchased a hoodie December 2nd for my brother for Christmas and have still not received it. Emailed them asking why it had not even been shipped in January and they asked for more order details. The email sounded very Ai generated and when I put it in to an Ai detector, it said it was likely 100% Ai generated. Even then I supplied them all my info, and they said they could not find my order which makes no sense. I filed a dispute with Visa and now Visa got back to me with a falsified page from the company saying my order was delivered in January. I am going to have to continue to fight with them for my money back which I do not have time for.

If I could give them a 0 I would!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!! I placed an order the beginning of December and still have not received it! I asked for a refund and was dismissed saying my order was on the way and to be patient! My money is gone and I have no product!! This place is a complete joke!!!

It's a SCAM, they don't even have the merchandise they sell. They sell it then go out and look for it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these people. Thank god I charged it on my CC so I was able to get my money back for something they never shipped. I placed an order back on 1/8/25 and still nothing from them and now it's 2/28/25, we're going on 2 months.

Purchased a $50 hoodie and shipping label was never created. When I messaged the company they quickly made a label and shipped the product to a bogus address. “Maria” with asap culture said they shipped my order to the address I provided which was a lie. Do not purchase anything from these scammers.

Total scam, “Maria” didn’t seem like a real person. No sales tax, says they can’t find your order other random BS excuses. What’s funny is the business address is just a house in Texas. Need to report the instagram and get them to stop running ads.

Complete scam. Report to your banks immediately if you haven’t already. I reported to my bank and someone from ASAP culture responded to the claim by uploading a FedEx tracking and delivery notification for a package that was mailed to a CVS pharmacy in the same town I live in, not even my address! Says signed for by CVS, and I never received any notification of shipping or the tracking number they gave my bank. Absolute fraud! I hope this guy gets charged for submitting fraudulent documents to banks. 18 USC 1344 - bank fraud buddy.

Complete scam. I should have known the prices were too good to be true

This is a SCAM 100 precent!!! They took my money since July of 2024 and still haven’t responded or sent me anything at all.

This is a scam.

I received my order confirmation on December 14th. Since then nothing except for bullshit responses from customer service. I was told 18 days ago I would get tracking in 4-6 days. (Also, since Monday 1/27, when I click on view my order it gives me an error code.)

Other then that the products are from China (not Austin as claimed on the website)

Total scam. I thought it was too good to be true & it was. Luckily my credit card company credited me back by money.

Scammed me. Never got what I ordered. They sent me a fake tracking number of some package that got delivered in another state, not even close to my address I provided them. They kept emailing me the same response. “ We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that we delivered your package to the address you provided.” Don’t order from them

I still don’t have my order and it has been 3 weeks with zero communication

I ordered a couple of items for my kid without doing much research. After placing the order, I received a confirmation email, followed by a tracking number several days later. However, when I tracked the package, it was delivered to the wrong zip code. I contacted the shipping carrier, and they confirmed it was sent to the incorrect location. The package’s weight also doesn’t match what I ordered, making it clear they didn’t send the correct items.

AsapCulture keeps emailing me repeatedly, insisting the package was sent to my address—even after I provided proof that it wasn’t. This has been an exhausting back-and-forth with no resolution. They’re now on their 20th reply, claiming the issue is an error on my end, which is simply untrue.

I urge you to read the reviews on Reddit and the replies to their Instagram posts. This company is completely fraudulent, and it’s shocking they’re still in business. Fortunately, my credit card company refunded the charges quickly. Avoid this company at all costs!

Scam! Never shipped anything to my address. They states they shipped it but it was to a different address and state. Ordered 12/6/24 and I have not received anything even though it states delivered in their end.

It’s clear that they have been doing this for a while. The instagram page is generally littered with comments calling them out on the scam that are then hidden and deleted. I have been blocked after my comment got 40+ likes and responses sharing a similar experience.

I ordered early December and they’ve pulled every trick to try and stall. They attempted claiming they had delivered, but couldn’t provide any proof of shipping.

The only 5 star review on here was posted by Jesse Salazar, the very same dumb**s that owns the brand. He also blocked me on instagram.

I encourage anyone who has been impacted to file a report to the FTC. I have done this. It allows you to share that Jesse is the one you communicated with. Please anyone in the same boat do the same and put a stop to this. I also encourage anyone in the US and even better the Texas area to file a police report on Jesse. It’s pretty clear he lives in Austin. None of the orders have sales tax which should have been a red flag at the time, he’s definitely guilty of an online scam but is likely also guilty of tax evasion.

Complete scam. Place a dispute with your card company, if you’re in the same boat. They never shipped the item, I contacted support through their website for tracking info as a few weeks went by with no updates & nothing shipped. Still, no response. A few weeks later, I checked the order info on the website again so I can follow up & these liars updated the status to delivered. I never received any emails after the purchase, like they specify AND when I checked the tracking, it showed delivered to a whole different state & address I’ve never heard of. My address was entered correctly. There is no way to speak to anyone here. Went through support on their site, AGAIN no response. I disputed with my credit card company.
