Investment property loan

Recently Anupa helped us to secure loan for an investment property from one of the major lender. We thought we were not getting loan this time but Anupa made it happen. He is very professional gentleman available to talk to anytime of day. You can call him or text him for your concern, he will attend you without hesitation. We trusted from loan to building inspection advice. We highly recommend Anupa for any type of loan.

We were looking to fund our current and…

We were looking to fund our current and future funding requirements. We came across Anupa S Abeywickrama from ASA Mortgage Brokers to see if he can help us in anyway.
Made an appointment with Anupa and within a few days he came to our home to discuss our current financial situation. He genuinely took the time to come and sit with us and talk through our current and future funding requirements. After an initial 2 hour meeting where he asked for an incredible amount of detail so that he could understand our overall financial position.

Anupa went away and approached several banks with our case and he was able to secure a loan for us with 30 days of our initial meeting. The loan was exactly what we wanted and needed. Anupa did this with a minimum of fuss and was respectful, courteous and understanding at every step of the process, which we appreciated greatly. Anupa did an incredible amount of work on our behalf even though he knew that was not a lot of profit in it for him initially, but he was happy to invest his time in us to build a relationship for the future. He was upfront with this and we respected his honesty.

We can’t recommend Anupa enough, if you are looking for a hardworking, honest, reliable and professional broker we highly recommend that you try Anupa from ASA Mortgage brokers.

Anupa was amazing and very helpful in…

Anupa was amazing and very helpful in getting us a Construction loan along with refinancing our land loan. Very happy with the service received by him and would definitely recommend him.

We loved the service we got from Anupa

We loved the service we got from Anupa, he was professional and externally knowledgeable. The responses he gave us were fast and the attention to detail needs to be noted. He found us the best mortgage for our dollar and we couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the process was.
