Poor handling after failed delivery
Before ordering, I raised concerns about shipping directly from India to Cyprus because I had already experienced a returned parcel through that route. They reassured me by pointing to successful deliveries to other European countries, so I proceeded with a smaller order.
After payment, they changed the shipping method from Speed Post/EMS to a cheaper normal postal service, without refunding or adjusting the shipping cost. They also changed part of the order to a lesser/substitute product, again without offering a refund or adjustment.
The parcel was never delivered to me and was returned through the postal/customs process without ever being received or handled by me.
When I requested a refund, they offered only a small partial refund for one item, or another delivery attempt. I do not want another risky delivery attempt. I wanted the failed order handled properly.
The issue is not only the failed delivery. The issue is that the order was changed after payment, the shipping method was downgraded without adjustment, and when the parcel never reached me, almost the entire loss was assigned to me.
