Complete roof transformation, 27 plus years of moss blocking gutters all removed, roof treated and mess taken away. Great job by Bradley and Mackenzie, work overseen by Ollie himself. Work was stopped part way through while flat roofs were replaced and then completed yesterday. This company have a great workforce and come highly recommended.

Bradley and McKenzie turned up when they said they would, despite the cold and wet. Both of them were polite and courteous and worked really hard at cleaning off decades of moss and dirt from the roof. It now looks brilliant! I was also really impressed with how they cleaned everything down at the end of every day.
The whole process with the company felt good from the first knock on the door. Angie did a good job explaining what would happen and how the coating would stop the moss regrowing for years. The company kept in touch and they did what they said they would do.

Just had two flat roofs done, JUSTIN and TOM did this one and a previous roof, they were hard workers, kept us informed, cleared everything up when job completed. Would always want JUSTIN and TOM to do roof if needed. Can’t thank them enough. GREAT.

Just had my flat roof recovered by Artisan. It is a largish area of a third of the overall size of my bungalow. The work was carried out by JUSTIN and TOM who I cannot praise highly enough. They have that rare quality of wanting to do the best job they can and take pride in doing a damn good job. It was a pleasure having them around and they cleared up brilliantly too. Faultless. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had this company remove a polycarbonate roof and replace it with a flat roof with skylights. They were very busy at the time which meant they were a little late starting the job. The workmen Justin and Tom kept me informed at all stages of the job. It was a difficult job with not much room to install the flat roof but the work, carried out by Justin and Tom, was done effectively and efficiently. During the work I was able to discuss the design and based on their advice a roof lantern was installed rather than two roof lights to allow more light into the adjoining room. This was the best advice I was given and resulted in a far better outcome than the original design. I am very happy with the result and will be engaging them again to do some roof repairs in the near future. There is one downside to the work that was done mainly due to the problems experienced fitting the flat roof in the restricted space available. The roof does not drain effectively and holds a small amount of water on top. Having consulted and discussed this widely I am assured the EPDM roof membrane will not be adversly affected by this but in any case the Justin and Tom are due to come back and see what they can do to get rid of the water.

Artisan coatings did a brilliant job. They texture coated my house front and back with Properla coating and it has transformed my home. They were professional and friendly, kept me informed of each stage of the process and left everything clean and tidy. The customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend them. After an thorough and speedy emergency repair on our roof last year, we were able to get Artisan to sort our render, windows and associated plasterwork this summer. We immediately encountered a problem with degraded lintels - but the guys sorted it safely in a matter of days (working miracles!), then got to work as planned. While this had delayed the schedule, every day of work seemed to accomplish so much. We're now set for winter with beautiful new render, windows, doors and a shiny gate. Getting many favourable comments from the neighbours and can't thank Ollie and his team enough. Recommending gladly.

Excellent job carried out by Aiden and his team. The work was carried out very professionally. Aiden was extremely polite. He worked really hard and turned up when he said he would. In addition to our property great respect was also shown for neighbouring properties. Aiden even took photos so we could see close up the work carried out on the roof even though we did not request this. I would highly recommend Artisan and definitely use this company again for any future work we need carrying out.

We are both very pleased with the finished result.

The Monocuche render on the front of our property was in need of cleaning and colour change.
Following a 'cold call' by a friendly and informative Artisan caller, we decided on a follow up meeting with their sales representative who again explained the benefits of the preparation process and application of 'Properla' masonary paint system described as 'water repellant' and breathable.This gave us reassurance so we decided to proceed with the work.
With regard to the agreed start date, Artisan notified us that, owing to an overrun of a previous contract there would be a one week delay.
Fortunately, there was a good spell of dry weather forecast and the preparation and cleaning work started that following week.
At higher level on the front of the property the original monocouche render was noticeably dirty with atmosperic carbon build up.Jet washing was started at the bottom level and continued upwards.(Perhaps this was because the required safety access scaffolding was not inplace prior to the work being started).A biocidal coat was also applied to the front facade. (In my opinion I would have thought it would have been more beneficial to clean from top to bottom)
The following day the painter arrived and explained the various stages of the painting process, he was thorough in applying plastic film and masking tape to the front door/frame and windows on the front and rear of the house.
The painter was meticulous in applying the first coat and cutting in around the perimeter brickwork.The second and final coat was applied the following day.Masking materials cleared from site and the area was left clean and tidy, his attention to detail was recognised and greatly appreciated.
The scaffolding contractors installed and dismantled and removed from site in good time and as requested.
In summing up we are happy with the polite and professional way in which the Artisan team operated.Keep up the good work.

Very professional, clean working, and efficient. The team that arrived to complete the re rendering work on the house were extremely polite and simply got on with the job. The removal of the old render and replacement including insulation was complete in a just over a week and all traces they had been removed when they left. Would thoroughly recommend.

We were thinking of getting our driveway re-laid when we were cold called by Artisan who made an appointment for a sales call. The sales person arrived on time and gave us a quote for just repairing the worst areas and leveling the dips caused by the car tyres. This was done early in the year and in the dark. The quote was acceptable so we went ahead. When the guys came to do the work they pointed out that to repair the dips would actually mean lifting the whole drive anyway, which is what we suspected, and had budgeted for. After some negotiation we agreed on a new price to lift and relay the whole drive. It took the guys a full week but the finished job was well worth the extra cost.

I recently had a very polite man do a cold call to see whether I would be in interested in the products from Aritsan. I agreed to a visit from a surveyor (Lee) and he came over at the agreed time today. The products weren't actually suitable at this time for my property but what a pleasure to have somebody who took time to talk me through what I did actually need to resolve my issues even though it wasn't something they could help with. Lee was courteous and really helpful.

It seems there are companies out there who have good values and a good ethos rather than just ripping people off. Would definitely trust this company from the experience I had with them (albeit they didn't actually do the work).

The guys were considerate throughout, chatty and upbeat. Issues and concerns were discussed and resolved to progress the job smoothly. The company informed us of delays due to bad weather. The guys were meticulous in cleaning up, chatting to us to ensure everything was covered. Many thanks 👍

A great job done replacing our front drive with block paving. The work was done carefully and very professionally by a very friendly team.

From introduction to completion the whole process was first rate.All company representatives that we dealt with, and there were many, were polite and informative. We had the annex of our Victorian property re-rendered by Artisan after the old render had started to fail. With the project now completed I am very happy to recommend Artisan for such a job.

The finished job looks superb and was completed carefully and competently but I think what separates Artisan from the competition is the level of customer service they provide from start to finish.

Anyone who has ever had work done on their property will recognise the phenomenon of being unable to get hold of the company rep after signing a contract but this was not the case with Artisan. Whether it was Alex or Rob or the office my calls were always answered promptly and politely.

We made a few changes along the way with our project and Artisan were really good at accommodating these and giving their expert advice.

Will use these guys again when we have a project that falls under their scope.
