No contact from company and i have tried, luckily i paid with my Tesco credit card, although order was placed over the normal period that would be covered by the card due their delays, they referred me to department 75 which is related to uk "Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act". I had to send emails etc to them re communication about frames, they have refunded the money and taken on debt to claim back from Artisanal.

same as others been trying to contact about an order and there is nobody reachable

This company has only lied, stonewalled, and broken promise after promise in the 5 months since we placed our order. We have received nothing and now their website and phone lines are indeed down. I have filed a credit card dispute. Please Trustpilot stop removing my reviews--this company is a fraud.

We had some issues relative to timing of delivery purportedly over a dismissed employee. The president of the company got involved and he had the order shipped "overnight."

He said he was going to credit us part of the money for the hassle and delay, waiting on that but happy we have the order filled and in one piece.

The owner sent an email stating that they are closing their business. However, now knowing this, I have still filed a dispute with my Credit Card company, as it is quite likely no one who has had an order with them will be receiving any products or services (there are folks that ordered in March that have received nothing and no response from them). I am hoping that they will show those of us with outstanding orders, respect and refund our money.

I am a supplier for a component for their systems and I have been informed via Email by Artisanal TV the following :

"I should let you know that our phone lines and website will soon be terminated, however we will do our best to respond by email, as best we can, while we try to manage this crisis"

These guys have gone silent. I am going to contact the BBB and police, but fear that my money is gone and I will never get it back. They don't even answer phone calls to their sales dept. for new orders...

I am running into the same issues as the other reviews below. I have been waiting for 4 months now and given 4-5 different dates as to when I could expect my order to arrive. Now I haven’t heard anything from anyone at the company in the last month. All of the emails to the employees I have had contact with now bounce back as undeliverable. Not sure I will ever receive my order.

This company has been the worst to deal with and its costing me my reputation with my customer. It was supposed to be delivered in mid June, then early July. Which was ok, but it couldn't be any later. Then the order was mixed up with another customers in NY.
Now its mid August and still nothing. The customer service rep, Jennifer our only real contact is gone and we've gone weeks with out any information until today only because I called and talked to a new rep with no more answers than I had over a month ago. Do not use this company!
Now, on to making it right with my Extremely Angry customer in NY.

Great product. Having a hard time with Jennifer the project success manager. There was a delay in receiving my frame. Ordered April 10th received June 15th no problem. Jennifer apologized. PROBLEM: I've had my tv frame now for almost 30 days (today is July 13th) and no schedule for installation as promised. I've been calling AND emailing her but still no installation after 30 days of receiving my tv frame.

Jennifer has been extraordinarily helpful and supportive. I have to give you an excellent rating because of Jennifer's service recovery.

Absolutely love my frame from Artisanal.  It was easy to install on my 60” Samsung in my living room, and will be buying one for my bedroom soon. I recommend this company to anyone shopping for a TV frame. Customer service was also a plus.

The whole experience from ordering to delivery was first class. The website makes it easy to specify exactly what you want. Then their team follows up promptly to ensure the order is accurate and set expectations regards delivery timescales and we were kept up-to-date throughout the process.

The frames arrived on time, very carefully packed and in perfect condition. The mounting instructions are simple and the finished pieces look fantastic in our new bar. To be able to hide away TVs when they aren't being used is important to us maintaining a premium atmosphere in our venue.

Particular thanks go to Jennifer, our customer success manager, who communicated with us during the process from start to finish to sure we were 100% satisfied. We'd recommend ATF to anyone - great product at the most competitive price with excellent service - who could ask for more from a supplier?

Their tv frame is a great product. Easy to install or remove looks great and for what you get is reasonably priced.
