I bought an Easter gift for my wife 10 days ago (today is Easter!). And as yet the only confirmation I have received is the payment confirmation from PayPal. No confirmation from the company and no product received. Similar experience to another review on here

Bad ordering experience around the holidays. Your milage my vary.
I placed an order 11 days ago and while my credit card has been charged, I have yet to receive any shipping confirmation or tracking information.
There's no way to call the company on the phone, their website contact form doesn't work. and as of yet, I haven't received a reply from the email I sent them.
UPDATE: This has been resolved, with the company cancelling the order and refunding the money. It did take a long time to clear up, but in the end they did give me a full refund.
So the bad is that I was both out of pocket for about a month and the uncertainty of whether I'd be getting the order from them or not blocked me from reordering from a different company.
The good was that despite the problems, in the end the company did make a refund.
I've been asked to remove this review because the issue was resolved. I think the it's probably best to not remove it, but to acknowledge that a resolution was achieved.
