I have received my mirror on Thursday June 18th. The mirror was delivered broken. I have sent numerous emails containing photographs of the packaging and broken mirror inside with no response.

I have not received any assistance to resolve the issue.
It is very disappointing that I have not even received an acknowledgement of this complaint.
Yes, the complaint was resolved to my satisfaction with a replacement supplied FOC.

Bardzo zle doswiadczenie z ta firma. Obsluga klienta koszmarna. Niska jakosc produktu. Swiatlo led na taniej plastikowej ramie, nie mozna nawet regulowac intensywnosci. Ceny zdecydowanie za wysokie jak na taka jakosc. Nigdy wiecej nic tu nie kupimy. Firma widac ze przyzwyczajona do takich opinii bo natychmiast odmawiaja wszelkich zwrotow. Firmy gwarantujace jakosc tak sie nie zachowuja.

Bathroom mirror
Ordered a very large mirror for the bathroom. The first one arrived badly damaged, but after filling in the form on their website, was told that a replacement will be sent free of charge. The replacement arrived in a week and their customer service was quick and efficient. The mirror is exactly as ordered. Highly recommend this company!

There was a problem linking up the indoor temperature device to the weather station in the mirror .The instruction manual did not give much information about how to link it up

Great support
I had a problem with the demister and a small part of the failing LEDs. Unexpectedly, they've offered to send me a replacement mirror for free, turning a negative feeling into a more positive one.
While getting a free replacement feels good, their willingness to make a bad situation right is very commendable and rare
